Today's meditation focuses on gratitude and abundance,
Mantra and affirmation.
Let's start by taking three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Deep breath in,
Feeling your tummy expand and exhale,
Feeling your tummy softening and releasing tension.
Deep inhale expanding and exhale releasing tension.
One more deep inhale filling with air and exhale releasing tension.
Drop your shoulders down and back.
Allow your heart space to soften and open.
Feel your hips relax and turn your palms upward in a posture of receiving and openness.
Here you are where you ought to be.
There is nowhere else to be.
Your mind cannot tell the difference between reality and perceived reality.
A gratitude practice,
A practice of focusing on abundance is sending messages to your brain and to your life force that you have all that you need.
I encourage you to listen to these affirmations and repeat them if you would like.
Thank you dear breath for fresh clean oxygen and air,
For always being present and breathing for me in the present moment.
Thank you for keeping me alive with your presence.
Thank you dear heart for always beating for me in the present moment,
For pumping blood through my veins,
For giving me energy and keeping me alive.
Thank you dear heart.
Thank you dear body for always being here for me from the moment I was born until the moment I die.
Thank you for your loyalty,
For the way you speak up when you need something or are in pain,
For the way you carry me through the world and allow me to live my life.
Thank you dear body.
Thank you for running water.
Thank you for shelter.
Thank you for clothing.
Thank you for electricity.
Thank you for a bed to sleep in at night.
Thank you for fresh fruits and vegetables,
For morning coffee and evening dessert.
Thank you.
I am abundant and I have all that I need.
I am enough.
I always have been and always will be.
I am valuable and worthy of love.
I always have been and always will be.
Thank you dear self for always being here for me,
For awakening,
For self-awareness,
For consciousness.
I am abundant and I have all that I need.
