Mindful Emotion Practice
This practice can be used in a classroom setting. The purpose is to help one be more aware, non-judgementally, and in the moment, of emotions happening in the body. The goal is to breathe through the emotion, and notice every quality the experience of having this emotion brings, hold space for you to feel it, and bring an element of self-compassion to noticing how it feels.
