Donna Rucinski Harrington studied yoga at Kripalu and teaches yoga and mindfulness at a 5-12 public charter school. She enjoys helping students re-learn how to relax through nurturing restorative yoga classes and sharing the science supporting meditation practice. These secular meditations were designed for teachers to​ ​use as short breaks to facilitate social-emotional​ learning competencies​​​ but can be used by anyone. I found the teacher’s voice very soothing. I found this to be fairly effective especially considering it’s length. I am often looking for 10 minutes meditations. This fits well. Thank you for offering this.
