With every chant, you increase your confidence, massage all of your muscles, and release all tension from your mind and energy body. This simple chant and breath awareness can help bring positivity into your mind and vibrate healing within your physical, mental and emotional body. Balancing everything out so you can think clearly and lead from a place of love. A simple practice that you can do each night before bed.
