Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Whatever feels most easeful and grounding for you right now.

Let your hands rest gently in your lap,

By your sides or over your heart,

Wherever brings comfort.

Take a moment to settle in,

Arriving fully in this little pocket of stillness.

Begin to notice your breath.

No need to change anything.

Just observe its natural rhythm,

Like waves gently rolling in and out.

Let's take three slow intentional breaths.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Inhale again,

Feeling your body soften and expand.

Exhale,

Letting go of any tightness you might be holding.

One final breath in,

Nourishing,

Spacious.

And a full exhale out,

Cleansing and releasing.

Now gently bring your awareness to what you're wearing in this moment.

The fabrics that touch your skin,

The quiet companionship of your clothing,

Woven into your everyday moments,

Your memories.

Let these affirmations land softly.

You can repeat them in your mind or whisper them aloud,

Like a promise to yourself.

I choose to surround myself with clothing that brings me joy and comfort.

I release what no longer supports me,

Making room for what truly lights me up.

My wardrobe reflects who I am today,

Not who I was or who I thought I had to be.

I am worthy of wearing clothes that feel good,

Fit well,

And reflect my truth.

With gratitude,

I let go,

Honoring each item's place in my journey.

Now picture yourself opening your wardrobe or drawers.

Everything feels calm,

Spacious,

And clear.

Each piece you see either sparks joy or serves a purpose,

And all of it feels aligned with you.

The colors,

The textures,

The shapes,

They feel like home in your body.

Getting dressed feels light,

Like an act of self-love rather than self-judgment.

Imagine yourself moving through the day in clothes that support you,

Not weigh you down.

You feel confident,

At ease,

Grounded in who you are.

As you gently return to your day,

Carry this feeling with you,

The reminder that your clothes can be a source of joy,

Not pressure,

That letting go is an act of care,

That you deserve to feel good in your own skin.

Take one last nourishing breath in,

And exhale it all out.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Bringing this renewed sense of intention with you as you continue your decluttering journey.
