Rebecca Jo-Rushdy is the founder of Spark Joy & Flow, a holistic practice dedicated to helping people create calmer, more supportive homes and lives through gentle decluttering and intentional living. As a Master-level KonMari Consultant and end-of-life doula based in Edinburgh, Scotland, Rebecca combines the transformative principles of the KonMari Method with a compassionate, nervous-system-aware approach that supports people through overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, grief, and renewal. Drawing on years of hands-on experience guiding clients from all walks of life, Rebecca’s work centers on helping sensitive and overwhelmed people let go with self-compassion rather than shame. Her approach blends practical decluttering strategies with emotional support, mindfulness, and sustainable systems that reduce stress and create more ease in everyday life. Rebecca is also deeply passionate about legacy work, emotional healing, and creating spaces that support both living and letting go well. By weaving together elements of Swedish Death Cleaning, mindful decluttering, and end-of-life care, she helps people reconnect with what truly matters while approaching change with greater presence, gentleness, and intention. Through her courses, workshops, and community spaces, Rebecca encourages people to begin gently, trust themselves again, and create homes that feel grounding, nourishing, and deeply supportive. She lives in Edinburgh with her husband and two daughters, and believes that even the smallest acts of care can become powerful pathways back to ourselves.
