This guided NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) meditation is designed to help you step out of constant mental activity and into a calmer, more grounded state through body awareness, breath, and deep rest. Rather than trying to stop your thoughts, you'll gently shift attention away from them and allow the body to settle naturally. Includes soft, smoothed brown noise in the background for a calming and immersive listening experience. Best experienced lying down in a comfortable position with headphones if available.
