Welcome to this short practice.
For presence and centeredness.
It is a short exercise in moving your energy,
Using your breath.
To create a vertical flow of energy that will help you to feel more stable,
To feel more centered,
And to feel more clear.
You can do this anytime you need.
It's also a great way to prepare for meditation.
And ideally,
It is when you do it standing.
So take a moment to feel your feet on the ground.
Take a deep breath.
Deep breaths and feel your feet on the ground.
Ideally,
Baffert.
Feel the heels on the ground.
You can also gently relax your knees.
Make sure that you stand solid on the ground.
Peel your feet on the ground,
Have your knees slightly bent.
Connect to the ground.
Take a moment.
Send your intention and your awareness.
Onto your feet,
The soles of your feet touching the ground.
Take a breath.
Mmmmm.
That's the first step.
When you are scattered,
Overwhelmed,
All over the place,
You do want to first feel your feet on the ground.
It's the foundation.
To start building upon it.
Also,
When you do feel scattered,
Overwhelmed all over the place,
From an energetical perspective,
You are actually really scattered and all over the place.
Your energies are not centered within.
You can imagine it as like spaghetti.
It's very accurate.
Threads of energy all over.
And so that makes you feel.
And sure,
Sometimes unclear,
But also you are not solid grounded within your own center.
So what we want to do is with this short practice of awareness,
Intention,
Breath and energy is to help you come back to center deep into your core.
Take a deep breath.
Take a deep breath.
Feel your feet on the ground.
And now we're going to use our hands.
And your intention to move energy into a vertical alignment.
When you are in vertical alignment,
You feel more solid,
You feel more grounded,
And you can also open up higher.
To connect to your higher self,
To your soul,
To source whatever it is for you.
Breathe,
Slow down,
Feel your feet on the ground.
Imagine you're pulling back in your energy.
You're pulling back in all these threads,
All these spaghetti that are plugged in outside.
Bring them back to yourself.
Coming back to yourself.
Breathe in.
Back to yourself.
Now using your hand And your breath.
We are going to move energy.
Up with your power.
Inhale.
To the top of your head.
And then with your exhale,
You move your energy down with your hands.
When you exhale,
We do this together.
Breathe in,
Deeply up.
All the way up to the top of your head.
And then you bring the energy back down with your exhale.
Breathe in and up.
Breathe out and out.
Breathe in and up.
Breathe out and down.
Breathing it up.
Strong breath.
Exhale,
Bring the energy down.
Do it.
Continue in your own pace and in your own time.
Creating a vertical flow of energy.
In and out.
Hold it down.
Across if you like and it feels good you can put your hands One hand.
On your heart,
One hand on your belly,
Both hands on your heart.
Feel your own body and follow your own intuition.
Feel your feet on the ground.
You can also close your eyes.
Bring in your awareness back to center.
Vertical alignment.
Take another deep breath in.
And with your eyes closed.
And your head straight.
Only the inner eye.
Turns slightly upwards.
As if you would internally.
Look up to the upper part of your forehead.
And you relax the muscles on your face.
Relax the muscles on your face.
You can also massage your third eye around your forehead a little bit.
You can massage your jaw where there's often a lot of tension.
Breathe up.
Imagine that you open up this space.
Open up the stays around your forehead.
Your own leg.
And you expand the area of your mind.
Also in the bank.
Beautiful.
Take one deep breath in from below to up.
Look up internally or if you want to keep your eyes open,
Slightly look up.
Expand the energy.
In the space around your mental.
Body.
And we do this one more time together.
Breathe in deeply.
Open up.
Imagine that you open up your space,
Your field.
And then you round.
Come back to soon.
Thank you for joining this practice.
This is a great way to start your day.
It is a great way to have a little reset in between a busy day.
You can also use it as a preparation for meditation or for a meeting or any time you feel.
That you need a moment to yourself and to come back to center.
Enjoy the rest of your day and I hope to see you in one of my other tracks.
Much love.
