Take a moment to find a comfortable position where you sit up straight so that the energy can flow vertically.

Make sure that you sit directly on your sit bones so that your base is not collapsed.

Your shoulders are relaxed and the head is straight and I am in a light double chin position.

And imagining that you have a string on top of your head is kind of like pulling you upwards into a nice straight sitting position.

And then you take a nice deep breath and close your eyes.

And just begin by focusing on your breathing.

Breathe in and out deeply through your nose.

You can inhale deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

And just take a few deep breaths in your own pacing,

In your own time.

And imagine that with each breath you relax your body a little bit more and that with each exhale you release any tension in your body.

Any thoughts that are wiggling around you right now.

Anything that you are busy with,

Maybe from the day or from the night,

From work.

Whatever is busy in your head that doesn't serve you right now in this very moment.

And start beginning to visualize or to feel how you take energy from the bottom of your body with the inhale up through your spine to the top of your head.

And with your exhale you imagine the energy flowing down from the top of your head through the core of your body down to the bottom again.

And just take a moment to be still and focus and be aware of your own breathing.

Moving up and down.

And if at any moment or time during your meditation you get distracted by any thoughts or noise,

Just come back to your breathing.

Focus on your breathing.

And notice the subtle movements in your chest,

Breathing in and out.

And with each breath you relax your body a little bit more.

You sink in a little bit more.

Now you relax the base,

Sink into the chair or cushion to sit on.

Sinking deeper into relaxation.

Keeping focusing on moving energy through your body up and down with your breath.

Preparing your body to come into a vertical alignment,

Focusing on your breathing.

And with your next deep inhale you bring the energy up and you rest your awareness on your chest,

On your heart.

And rest your awareness on the center of your heart,

The heart chakra that's in the middle of your chest.

And take a moment to just be aware of your own breathing and imagine that you breathe in and out through your heart,

Connecting to your own heart,

To the rhythm of your heartbeat.

Breathing in and out through your heart,

Connecting to your heart.

Imagine that with each breath you expand that area of your chest,

You expand your heart,

You give it space.

Expanding it beyond the physical body,

Beyond your physical sensation into the outer layers,

Giving it space and opening it up energetically.

And just take notice how does your heart feel right now.

Maybe it is happy,

Maybe it feels tense,

Maybe it's open and excited and maybe it's shy and sad.

No matter what it is,

Just be with what's there right now in this very moment.

Connecting to your heart,

Being with your heart and breathing through your heart.

And while you keep in mind the vertical alignment,

The vertical movement of energy within your body,

Within your core,

You take another nice deep breath and you bring the energy from the bottom through the heart up to the top of your head.

And with your eyes closed and your head straight,

You start to looking up,

You turn your inner eye upwards,

Imagining that you would focus on the top of your head.

And keep breathing and keep relaxing your body while you focus your energy moving upwards to the top of your head.

Looking upwards with your inner eye,

Keeping your neck straight and relaxed.

For a moment just rest your awareness on the top of your head.

Breathing in and out through that area.

And at the top of our head there is an energy center called the crown.

You can imagine it like a flower with petals opening up to the sky.

So just keep your energy and your awareness on the top of your head,

Imagining the crown chakra like a big beautiful lotus flower,

Opening up to the sky,

Opening up to a higher vibration of being.

So while you keep breathing,

Focusing on the top of your head,

Keep looking upwards.

And imagine that this beautiful flower opens up its petals,

Widening,

Giving space.

Focusing on the vertical alignment,

Reaching up to the center of energy on top of your head.

And then imagine that this vertical alignment goes beyond the top of your head to a point above your head,

About one foot above your head.

You can imagine it like a golden ball of light,

Or maybe you feel a sensation or see a picture.

Just go beyond your physical body,

One foot above your head,

And just focus your energy there.

Keep looking upwards,

Keep relaxing your body,

Keep breathing into a vertical alignment,

Connecting to this higher frequency that we also call our higher self or place of wisdom,

Seed of the soul.

Connect to the higher frequency of your being.

Breathe all the way up through the heart,

Through the crown,

Above your head,

Connecting you to a higher frequency,

To a higher consciousness,

Where you can connect to the blueprint of your true self.

Where you can connect to your wisdom and to your higher purpose.

Connecting to the beautiful being that you truly are,

Beyond our thoughts and emotions and expectations,

Beyond our thinking about what we are,

Beyond our physical body,

Connecting to the vast being of energy and light that you truly are.

And with your next inhale,

You suck the energy up,

And you go even higher,

Beyond your higher self,

Up to the universe.

As high as you can,

Just reach up,

Let yourself be guided to the highest source of yourself.

You are connected at all times.

There is no separation from the divine being that you really are.

And let that frequency,

That light,

That energy pour down from way up,

Pouring down.

Like a warm light rain,

Shower coming down.

Like a waterfall of light and love,

From above pouring down into your higher self.

Pouring down into your crown.

Expand the crown,

Widening,

Let it fill up with the love and light of this higher frequency.

And let it pour down into your head,

Let it fill up,

Relaxing the muscles of your face,

Filling it up with love and light.

Let it pour down into your throat and into your neck.

Let it come down into your shoulders,

To your chest,

To the back of your heart.

Let it keep pouring down your arms,

Your belly,

Lower back,

Your waist.

Imagine that you let this love and light fill up every cell of your body,

Every organ.

And you let this energy come down,

Further down into your base,

Into your legs.

Further down to your feet,

Into the ground.

Imagine that this energy of love and light expands into your energy field.

And also at the back.

And let it pour down deep into your core.

Let it anchor you.

And imagine this light being deep down in the base and into the ground,

Grounding you,

Anchoring you.

And at the same time,

Above your head,

Connected and anchored to the higher frequency of yourself.

Like a pillar of light,

Centered within yourself,

Grounded with the earth and connected with your soul.

And take a moment,

Just enjoy being in this beautiful energy.

While you let the energy come down and down,

Grounding you more and more.

Becoming aware of the space around you.

Taking a deep breath,

Becoming aware of your hands,

Your feet and your physical body sitting on your chair or cushion or floor.

Taking another deep breath in and out,

Connecting to your physical body and slowly,

In your own timing,

Coming back to the here and now,

To the room.

And you take another nice deep breath.

And whenever you're ready,

You open your eyes and you come back.

Take a moment to feel if your body needs certain movement or stretching.

Maybe you want to touch your feet to come back and ground yourself completely.
