Take a nice deep breath and close your eyes.
And when you close your eyes,
Take a moment to notice consciously the transition from the outside to the inside.
The first moment of transition can be sometimes a bit wobbly because when you transition from the outside turning inward,
The first layers might be noisy,
Might be that you feel emotions,
That you hear your thoughts,
That you notice the tension in your body.
And let that be okay.
Let yourself transition.
And for a moment,
Check in where in your body do you hold tension.
Because the question is not do you hold tension,
The question is where.
And when you notice,
Relax that area of your body.
Maybe it's the shoulders,
Maybe it's your jaw,
The muscles on your face,
Maybe your hips,
Your eyes,
Maybe your chest.
Just notice.
Notice and take your breath to relax that area,
Even just slightly.
Breathe and relax as much as you can in this moment.
Relax your hands wherever they are.
If they are on your thighs or on your lap or wherever you have your hands,
Relax them.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Or if you're sitting in a different position,
Just imagine feeling grounded with your feet on the ground.
Your legs and your base.
Take another deep breath.
Let yourself settle.
Let yourself drop deeper into your core.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Relax.
And whenever during the meditation you feel distracted or your mind wanders around,
That's normal and okay.
When that happens,
Simply take a breath and come back to listening to my voice,
Just come back to tuning into your space and focus on your breath.
Come back to yourself.
And before we start moving the energy upwards and before we go deeper into connecting,
Opening and awakening the third eye,
First build the foundation and focus on your base at the bottom of your spine.
Take a breath.
And check how is your base feeling at the moment.
Is it open and relaxed?
Is it pulled up and tight?
Maybe you feel something,
Maybe you don't feel anything.
Simply notice and breathe through your base.
Relax your base.
Allow it to open energetically,
To expand,
So you can feel more grounded and connected to the earth.
You can imagine also roots growing into the earth like a tree to help you ground.
You want to have your base available,
Solid,
And build the foundation before moving up so that you have stability.
Stability.
Something to build upon.
And even only this,
Focusing on grounding and opening your base is already helpful in times when you are feeling off-center or grounded or overwhelmed or scattered.
Beautiful.
Let your base relax and let it expand.
Invite the base to be alive.
The aliveness and the fire of your base.
Breathe through it.
Invite it.
Now with your next inhale,
You bring the energy from the base and you breathe it up to the solar plexus.
You breathe it up to the center of your solar plexus,
In the middle of your sternum.
From the base to the solar plexus,
Breathe it up.
Breathe it up.
You can even use your hands for support.
You want to use the aliveness and the fire of the base and you want to breathe it up to the solar plexus,
To the center,
In the middle of your sternum.
Do it one more time.
Breathe it up.
And keep your awareness and your breath on your solar plexus and breathe through it.
Open,
Expand.
The center of power,
Identity and worth,
Solar plexus,
Is crucial to be and stand in your power.
Breathe through it.
Ignite the sun,
Deep within.
Now take another deep breath and breathe from the base through the solar plexus up to your heart,
To the heart chakra in the center of your chest.
And focus your awareness onto your heart.
For a moment,
Relax your heart,
Open your heart,
Energetically,
Even if your heart is heavy or sad or closed or tight,
Energetically.
With your breath and your intention,
You can expand it,
Can gently invite it to relax.
And focus on the back of your heart,
Between your shoulder blades,
And relax and open there as well.
Connect for a moment with your heart.
And naturally,
Energy keeps rising up,
From the base of the solar plexus to the heart.
And now we take a breath.
And you breathe up to your third eye.
You breathe up to your third eye in the center of your forehead.
And take the energy all the way from the bottom up,
Through the core,
Through the spine,
Up to your third eye,
In the center of your forehead.
Relax your shoulders,
Keep your base relaxed.
Relax the muscles on your face.
And imagine you have a focus point deep in the skull,
Deep within,
Where the third eye ignites,
Like a light in the head.
Breathe through your third eye.
Keep your awareness and focus on that area,
At that center of the third eye.
And naturally,
Energy keeps pulling upwards,
And you might imagine it as like a string on top of your head that is pulling you gently upwards.
Into a vertical flow,
Into a vertical sitting position.
And keep expanding the area of your third eye.
Widen it,
Broad it,
To the sides,
The front and to the back.
Expand.
And with your eyes closed,
And without moving your head too much,
You turn your inner eye slightly upwards,
Like a muscle.
And you are turning up,
Focusing on the upper part of your forehead,
The upper part of your third eye.
Turning your inner eye up.
And maybe it feels like a light stretch or pull,
Because the muscle might not be trained to look upwards.
Over time,
It gets easier and it opens up,
Like a muscle that you stretch every day.
You want to turn your inner eye up.
Focus on the area of the higher part of the third eye.
When you activate and when you awake the third eye,
Especially the upper part,
You are opening up to a higher perception,
To intuition,
To inner vision.
And it also helps you to unhook from the lower densities,
From the lower heavier energies,
As if you lift your head above water.
Energetically,
You unhook.
Keep relaxing your base,
Keep relaxing your shoulders.
Keep this vertical flow of energy,
And keep expanding the third eye area.
That also helps to relax the mental body,
Creating higher perspective.
It shifts into a higher frequency.
And from here,
Go with your awareness and bring your energy up to the top of your head.
And imagine a string of light,
Like a rainbow bridge of light,
Moving up from your head,
About a foot above your head,
20 centimeters,
To an eighth chakra,
Called the higher self or the seat of the soul.
Keep your inner eye turned up.
Let your energy and awareness rise up.
Connect to your higher self,
To your place of wisdom,
Knowledge,
And higher intelligence.
In a world full of distractions,
Turmoil,
And uncertainty,
Connecting up to your higher self will help you to keep a higher perspective.
See the bigger picture and the purpose behind it all.

Reaching up and asking for support and guidance is more important than ever.

Whatever comes,
Follow your intuition.
And let yourself be available to receive whatever is meant for you without being attached to the how and when.
And tune into the essence and the frequency of your higher self.
And let this unique frequency of yours flow down through the bridge,
Through the string of light,
Into your head,
And into your third eye.
And let the light infuse and fill your third eye.
Expand it.
And ignite it with the energy of your soul.
Trust your inner wisdom.
Trust your inner vision.
And let the energy from your third eye expand also into your brain,
All the neurons,
All the cells,
As if you would ignite or light up your whole head.

You let that energy pour down through your throat,

Let it fill up your shoulders and let it pour down into your body.

All the way down to your hands,

Every cell of your body ignited by the light and energy of your soul.
Let it pour down deep into the space,
Deep into your legs,
Deep into your feet and into the ground.
Noticing how the energy becomes,
Like it's a different frequency,
Like more grounded.
