So relax your body and allow yourself to sit comfortably.
And in this meditation,
We're going to focus on forgiveness.
We're going to allow ourselves to let go of anything that we're holding onto that is not creating happiness.
Because this process of forgiveness is not something I do for others.
But forgiveness allows me to let go of anything that is painful,
Negative or heavy in my heart.
When I learn to forgive and let go,
Then I can feel light.
So forgiveness and lightness allow happiness to grow again in my heart.
Just allow yourself to now look within and scan your mind and scan your box of memories of life.
And check and see is there anyone you need to forgive.
Is there anything that you're holding onto?
Any situation?
Any old memory that gives you pain and that's not allowing you to move on positively and with a sense of lightness in life.
Check deeply within yourself because it's important to identify what I need to let go of,
What I need to forgive.
And in that letting go,
The memories fade and I can forget.
When I forgive,
I use understanding to accept other people,
To be non-judgmental,
To allow my critical voice to calm down.
And I open my heart to just see people as a product of their life's journey.
And even though no one is perfect,
The first step to be able to forgive is to accept that the past is the past and I need to move forward.
So once you have identified what you want to let go of,
Just imagine you're holding those things in your hands,
Those memories of people,
Of events,
Circumstances.
Put all of them into a box and hold that box in your hands.
And then throw the box away.
Let it go.
Throw the box away.
Let it go.
And just feel all these memories being pulled out of your mind.
Let them all fly away.
One by one they're all gone.
And let your mind return to a state of being clean.
Let your mind go back to the way it was before all these memories created marks and stains.
Just let your mind be clean,
Be pure.
And just feel the peace and lightness inside.
Once you've let go of all burdens,
Just feel a sense of relief and deep peace.
When I let go of that which I don't need,
I can feel light.
When I understand and accept that every person has a different part to play,
Then I can forgive.
And in forgiving,
I can heal my heart.
My inner light can start to shine again.
And happiness returns into my heart.
I was born a happy being.
I was born with inner strength.
The strength that allows me to love unconditionally,
Not to allow negative things to come inside my heart.
The strength that kept me pure.
And I return to that state again.
When I am clean and pure on the inside,
My heart can feel love for all.
My mind feels light.
And once again,
I can be happy.
Once again,
I can return to the way I was.
It feels good to let go of negativity,
Any burdens,
And any feelings that are not useful for me.
And it feels so good to come back to a place of peace,
Love,
And happiness.
Once again.
I just hold this feeling of lightness and joy in your heart.
