We begin with the physical body (Annamaya Kosha), then move into the energy body (Pranamaya Kosha), followed by the mental and emotional body (Manomaya Kosha). Next, we journey into the wisdom body (Vijnanamaya Kosha) and finally rest in the bliss body (Anandamaya Kosha).
