And quiet the busyness of your mind.
This time is just for you to reconnect and realign.
Let's take three deep breaths together.
Breathe in deeply through your nose,
Filling your lungs completely.
Hold for a moment,
And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Again,
Breathe in,
Feel the air nourishing your body,
Hold it,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

Now bring your awareness to your body,

Slowly move your attention down your face,

Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath.
Allow your stomach,

And legs to feel heavy and grounded.
Let your feet connect firmly to the earth beneath you,
Anchoring you in the present moment.
Now imagine a warm,
Golden light at the center of your chest,
Your heart space.
This light represents your soul,
Your truest self.
See it glowing gently,
Expanding outwards with each breath you take.
As the light grows,
Feel it connecting all parts of you,
Your mind,
Your body,
And your soul,
Like the branches of a tree intertwining.
With every breath,
This connection straightens,
Bringing a deep sense of harmony and alignment.
