You'll be invited to move into a relaxed state where you can identify thoughts that you want to catch before they become beliefs and you'll sow the seeds for a positive outlook you can come back to throughout your day. This meditation is calming and intentional.

Hello friends and welcome to your morning meditation.

This is the perfect way to get your day started in a mindful way.

Recommend that you take a moment and set yourself up comfortably.

You could practice this meditation sitting or lying down,

Whichever is more comfortable for your body.

Let's get started.

Take a moment and close your eyes and begin to take an inventory of yourself.

Just notice what thoughts are here for you first thing in the morning.

Notice if you're rushing into your day,

If you're starting to think about all the things that you have to do,

And let's be really mindful to create this time and space just to be fully present and to be aware of what surfaces,

But to not attach to anything during this meditation.

Allow yourself to really be in the experience of this meditation.

Take a nice slow,

Deep breath in all the way to the top of the deepest breath you've taken all morning.

Let's hold that breath for a moment at the top.

Let's gather up,

Soak up any stress,

Any tension,

Any negative or self-limiting thoughts.

As you open your mouth,

Making a little bit of sound,

You really release any stress,

Negativity,

Self-limiting beliefs.

Good.

Relax your face.

Soften your jaw,

Relax your shoulders away from your ears.

Let your whole body deeply relax.

Good.

And as we begin our day,

It's easy to rush into the things that we have to do,

The places that we have to go.

This is your time to really set a clear course for yourself.

This beautiful,

Relaxed state is the perfect opportunity to plant some seeds.

How do you want to think as you move through your day?

This will lead to better decisions.

Ultimately,

This will lead to a better life.

Throughout this meditation,

Become aware of my voice,

But allow yourself to really feel into anything that needs to surface for you.

So you can hear me,

You can experience me,

But ultimately this meditation is going to give you whatever you need,

Whatever is perfect for you.

You need to anchor in and you need to work on for your day.

I want you to identify one thought that you tend to ruminate on,

Something that comes up for you throughout the course of the day.

Our beliefs are simply thoughts that we repeat over and over again.

First step is just to become aware.

So what is a thought and a belief that you're holding on to that you want to catch when it comes up in your day?

Take a moment.

Let's set an intention to really be aware of this thought when it comes up.

So that we can gracefully move past it.

The quicker we become aware of these thoughts,

These beliefs,

The better we become.

And it's starting to cut them out.

Shortening the period that we spend.

If this is clearing the road for yourself during the path,

Stay aware that you're still right here.

You're still a lot.

This is just a thought.

All it is.

It's just the thought.

Beautiful.

Beautiful.

I want you to take a few conscious breaths,

A little bit longer than a normal breath.

Exhale a little bit slower than the inhale.

Relax,

Release any of these self-limiting beliefs.

Perhaps it's anger,

Judgment.

Just going to spend a few more moments releasing,

Clearing the road.

Beautiful.

And now that we have a nice clean slate,

We're going to install some new programming,

New beliefs.

What is something that you're working on cultivating in your belief system?

Is the new thought that you're going to begin to wire into your brain's chemistry?

So that when you have those moments of anger,

Doubt or frustration,

You begin to now switch to this new way of thinking.

Stay relaxed.

Stay present with it.

Just by spending these moments,

Focusing your mind to this new belief,

This new way of thinking.

It'll be running automatically in the background.

Beautiful.

This is a great practice.

Taking this time for yourself in the morning.

Such an important part of the day.

Your brain is wide open to this new information.

Now you're doing so wonderfully.

You're relaxed.

Check back in with your body softening.

Good.

Notice how it feels.

This new thought,

This new belief system.

Spend a few more moments with it.

This is now your open prayer,

Your open experiments with destiny.

As you begin to shift the way that you think,

You will begin to shift the ways that you feel.

This is going to begin to send a signal out into your environment.

It's going to start to change the way you interact with the world and the way the world interacts with you.

The more you can believe it,

The more it will begin to manifest.

This time that you spend going inward is so valuable,

So important.

You're doing such a beautiful thing for yourself.

I just want to commend you on taking this time,

Investing in you.

What an incredible investment.

I want you to begin to release all of your thoughts,

All of your control of your mind.

Just trust that spending a few moments here that you'll receive any information,

Any messages that you need.

Trusting that the universe will give you whatever is perfect for you.

Cultivating this belief,

This expectation that things are unfolding exactly the way they need to for you.

Draw your attention to the center of your chest.

This is the magnet that draws these experiences in.

Spending a few moments here in our heart center.

Center with so much wisdom,

Energy.

It's literally a magnet.

I want you to take your hands and place them over your heart.

Know that the efforts that you've now given to this new way of being are a clear prayer,

Clear signal out into the universe.

You do not have to worry about how this prayer will be answered.

Know that your intention,

Your efforts,

That's what matters the most.

That's good enough.

I want to thank you so much for taking this time and sharing your meditation practice with me.

You are more than welcome to spend a little bit more time listening to the music.

Just allowing this feeling,

This presence to really soak in so that you can take it with you.

I recommend that you really allow that feeling to soak in fully before you begin to move about your day.

An uplifting, refreshing meditation with a soothing voice and background music to match the tone. A very good practice to invite new thinking and feeling into one's awareness and thus release oneself from any attachment to past or future.
