Guided Meditation - Awakening The Energy Centers

A gentle but powerful journey through the energy centers to create flow which can help with healing, creativity, manifestation and energy movement. If you're unfamiliar with the energy centers, I have uploaded a short introduction on where to find the energy centers!

Welcome friends to this powerful guided meditation awakening the energy centers. So as we begin making sure that you have either a comfortable seat or that you're comfortable lying on your back and as you soften and close your eyes taking a deep breath in through the nose holding that breath when you feel full and a nice big open mouth exhalation. Let's do that again deep breath in through the nose hold at the top and then open mouth big exhale. Let's do that one more time deep breath in through the nose holding at the top maybe adding some sound this time as you open mouth big exhale beautiful and really relax your body start to bring your attention into your first center as you become aware of this space allowing the breath to move its way down into the center relaxing any feelings of tightness or tension around this space beautiful. You might start to notice the space around the center now the pelvis and hips even the buttocks and the thighs begin to notice the swirling of energy that lives in the center this pool of energy first center. Now let's spend a few more moments here just allowing the focus to really zero in to this first center. The center is where we find our grounding our safety satisfying our base needs allowing its energy to start to pull and flow beautiful. Let's start to bring our attention now to our second center a deep wisdom inside your gut and this is the center of the center of your body your center of gravity and your literal balance. Let's let that energy from the first center start to flow start to move into the second center connecting to two to two good start to feel that energy flow from one into two one two good. Let's travel up the spine to your third center right below the bottom of the rib cage live so much strength and power your will to find that third center good start to feel the energy now that was in one rising through two and starting to make its way up up into three feel the breath now expanding the center as you inhale feel it deflate with the exhale moving the energy from one to two to three one to two to three beautiful this flow of energy now moving up the spine and connecting you to your sacred heart the center of the center of your chest at this center start to bloom with your awareness really feel into the energy of this sacred center within your heart lies love passion connection to all beings spend a few moments allowing the center to really open can you feel openness in your heart with each breath let it open just a little bit more a little bit more and a little bit more that energy that began in your first center now is in your second your third and this fourth center this beautiful flow flow upward of energy one two three four two three four two three four beautiful let's shift our awareness now to that fifth center throat your communication center allowing it to speak its truth clear lines of communication open honest this fifth center letting the heart form the speech spending a few more moments allowing this center to open so you can speak your truth connecting now from one two three four five one two three four five four five one two three four five beautiful the top of the spine into the skull the sixth center third eye the seat of intuition connection to the energetic realm space and space information as we open the portal and the pathway through this center feeling that beautiful upward current of energy up the spine illuminating the center in the middle of your skull spending a few more moments allowing this center to open and the deep knowingness that intuition that exists inside of you allowing it to open and to speak informed by the heart and awakened in the brain now let's connect the heart to the brain feeling the heart and the brain the heart and the brain to become one heart and brain and as we open the portal now coming to the top of your head the connection of you to the ethereal world opening this pathway from heart to brain and now above bring all of your attention to the very top of your head opening clearing this pathway for information knowledge knowingness connecting now to the space around your body feel the space and density of the room around you connected by energy your energy from the first center flowing all the way through the spine to the top of the head reaching out far and wide this beautiful current and flow connecting you to all things let's spend a few moments just feeling into this energy this connection physical body begins to dissolve flow of energy is all that's left you
