It all has a purpose.

A little theme,
A little intention I'm working with today is the importance of duality.
The in and the out,
The ebb and the flow.
Duality through the lens of that we need to find the talent,
We have a certain element of discipline in our lives to create ease.
The feeling of sitting on the couch only feels good after that long workout or that long run.
Laying down at the end of a long day,
It takes us some effort to get there.
Let's see if we can balance that in our practice.
The challenge is just to simply stay present each moment,
Each breath as it unfolds,
With your full attention to it,
And when we hold our breath,
You find the ease,
You find the softness,
The space in between your thoughts.
Now as we begin,
