Hello,

My friend.

This is your time to ground back into your body and your heart,

Breathing deeply into this life just as it is right here,

Right now.

Taking a deep breath in,

Become very mindfully aware of where you are right now.

Settle with every exhale in this present moment,

Noticing your feet on the ground,

The air flowing in and out,

Slowing your breath,

Focusing attention on the heart space,

Tenderly,

With an open awareness,

Some loving kindness for your own lived experience.

Notice the emotions that are with you right now.

Name them as a wise observer witnessing the lived experience.

Allow yourself to gently and easily name any emotion that is with you.

Without being attached to these emotions,

We can just witness them.

And then on the exhale,

Let go of the grip.

Breathing in,

I see this emotion.

Breathing out,

I let go of my attachment to it,

Its grip on me as a person.

In this present moment,

I can see clearly what is happening.

And as I exhale,

I let go of its impact on me.

The wise observer allows spaciousness around it,

Allows us to see the ebb and the flow,

The coming and going of emotional responses,

Brings in a broader perspective,

The interconnectedness of all things,

Witnessing life as it arises,

Moment to moment.

Namaste.
