Dedication is committing to one sacred practice at a time and allowing consistency to become your foundation. Determination is staying the course even when transformation challenges your comfort zone. Direction is receiving spiritual guidance and aligning your life with a higher vision. Discipline becomes “Blisscipline” — discovering the joy of sitting down every day for your meditation, movement, prayer, and healing practice. Transformation is a choice, and you can choose today.

Hey beloved,

It's Rev Skip and today I want to give you five principles for your transformation.

I call it the 5 D's.

Number one,

Drive.

The drive is your passion.

The drive is your reason for wanting your transformation to happen.

What is driving you?

I call that intention.

So we're using an energy force to move forward and we can have a drive to push towards a goal and that's great,

But it is the intention,

The energy that's going to get you moving and that's going to drive you forward.

Next is your dedication.

Be dedicated to one practice at a time.

And your dedication could be just a breathing meditation or picking up weights,

But be dedicated to the transformation of your body.

It requires your action.

Determination.

Determination is that stick with it energy.

You're not giving up.

You're going to go through it even through the challenging times.

You're going to go through your transformation,

Your practice,

Your work.

You are dedicated and determined to not give up.

Here we go.

This is the direction.

I love the direction.

I'm a spiritual counselor licensed ordained minister and I have a counselor myself.

I go and see outside help.

Because I need direction sometimes.

Our coaches and our counselors can actually give us a direction that we're not seeing within ourselves.

So I have my therapist,

I have my counselor,

I have people I turn to listen to for direction.

The last thing is the discipline.

I love this one because there are days that I just don't want to get up and get on the treadmill.

There are days I feel like just sitting in bed and not meditating.

But the discipline takes me to the place that I want to be.

And once I find love for what I'm doing,

It shifts to bliss-cipline.

So you find the bliss in the discipline.

All right,

Y'all.

Remember,

Transformation is a choice and you can choose the day.

Much love,

Peace and blessings.

Be well.
