I'm Rev Skip and welcome to your moment of zen.
Zen is a state where we can calm our life,
We can move in a peaceful way,
We can contemplate to open up our third.
So sit back,
Relax,
Allow yourself to be in your state of zen.
Close your eyes and just breathe.
So our buddha quote for today,
Conscious breathing is my anchor.
So I just want you to focus in on your breath.
Conscious breathing is my anchor.
It gives us the invitation to be centered by our breath.
You cannot breathe in the future,
You cannot breathe in the past,
You can only breathe in the now moment.
And when we are awake to how we're breathing and when we're breathing,
We become conscious of reality.
Meditation is undistracted attention to reality.
So it is the breath that can always bring us back to the state of now.
So I invite you just to contemplate your breath.
And as we move into our zen zone,
I invite you to take in this beautiful mantra.
I am alive with each and every breath.

So I invite you to enter into your zen zone with a beautiful mantra about the time.
