Hey there,
I'm Rev Skipp and this guided meditation is about our thinking,
Our thoughts.
It is so important that we understand that we create our own existence by how we think,
How we feel,
And what we believe.
Every spiritual teacher has always told us it is done as we believe.
So today we get to contemplate what is it we truly believe about ourselves.
So I invite you to sit back,
Close your eyes,
And let's go on a journey together.
Sit back and just follow your breath and listen.
That's it.
You're in a safe place.
So let's take a breath together.
Inhale.
Big exhale.
For this moment be present here and now,
You're in a safe place to meditate.
So as we begin to contemplate,
We ask ourselves what is it that we believe?
Do we believe that we are connected to a divine universe?
Do we believe that we live in a world that works for everyone?
Do we believe that we live in a friendly universe?
Do we believe that life is being done as us and not to us?
What do we believe?
What do we believe?
Our belief is thoughts that we keep telling ourselves over and over and over again and they become our statements of truth.
Do you believe that you are divine?
Do you believe that you are love?
Do you believe that you have everything required to transform your life?
Do you believe that you are co-creating your existence?
We are connected to a divine universe that always says yes to us,
But do we say yes to ourselves?
Do you believe in your divine nature?
Your divine nature is love,
Oneness,
Gratitude,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Joy,
Eternal.
Do you believe that is your true nature?
What do you believe?
Take a deep breath in.
Big exhale.
Do you believe you can transform your life?
Do you believe that everything you desire can happen,
Will happen,
Is happening right now?
Here are the three practices for shifting your thinking.
Number one,
Meditation.
Focus in on what you believe.
Focus in on your breath.
Contemplate your divine nature.
Be consistent with your meditation.
Meditation shifts your thinking.
The second practice is affirmations.
Speak your truth out loud.
I am connected.
I have everything I need.
I am successful.
I am magnificent.
I am powerful.
There is nothing I cannot achieve.
My life is good.
When we speak the truth,
It becomes our reality.
Affirm who and what you are.
The third practice,
Recognize and shift.
Recognize when we are in a mindset of lack and limitation and shift to an abundant consciousness.
Recognize when you are focusing on sickness.
Begin to focus on your wholeness,
A healthy life,
Wellness.
Recognize when you are condemning your partner or you're in a place of anger or you're feeling separate.
Remind yourself that you are connected to all things and the energy of connection is love.
Recognize when you are feeling lonely.
Remind yourself that you are in a unified field of love,
Of spirit,
Of the universe.
No matter what you're feeling,
Remind yourself.
Take a breath.
Big exhale.
Once again,
Take a breath.
And a big exhale.
One more time.
Take a breath.
And exhale.
Slowly open up your eyes.
Welcome back.

You are blessed and a blessing.
