I'm Skip Jennings,

Welcome to this meditation for healing and revealing.
As we are going through a global shakeup,
We must learn how to shift our thinking.
And yes,
This is something that's happening.
We don't deny that.
But how we interact with it,
It's a different story.
So I want you to just sit back and relax and take a moment and just begin to scan the body.
You can do this meditation in a seated position or laying back or whatever you need to do just to feel comfortable,
Relaxed.
Close your eyes and just begin to follow your breath.
Your breath is a physical manifestation of your energetic body.
As you breathe in,
Remember wholeness.
As you exhale,
Release wholeness.
Through the breath,
We get to release our fears,
Our worries.
Even if it's just for 10 minutes.
Inhale and exhale.
Teach the body to relax.
Teach mind to focus on what is good.
In this moment,
You are alive.
In this moment,
You have chosen a higher frequency.
Breathe in and gently exhale.
We center in the area three inches away from your heart and three inches above the navel.
This energy area or chakra or wheel of energy,
We know as the solar plexus.
This is the area that we move the energy to heal the body.
Our energy,
Our vitality,
Our will gathers in this area.
As you breathe in,
See yellow color,
Bright,
And as you exhale,
See the yellow color getting brighter.
That is your energy.
That is your soul body.
It's vibrating.
It's rotating clockwise and it's releasing healing energy throughout the body.
Inhale.
In this moment,
We get to release the low vibration of fear and activate the high vibration of love.
Love is the only true power there is.
Everything else comes from our belief system.
Today,
Tap in to the deeper healing,
True vibration of love.
Inhale love.
The divine mother loves you.
Mother Earth loves you.
The divine father protects you.
You are loved and free to heal.
This is a lesson.
This is an opportunity not to ask why,
But what is seeking to emerge from this global lesson.
For this time of meditation,
We release the negative talk,
The news,
The lower vibration of fear,
And we tap into the realness,
The reality,
The love,
The power,
The wholeness,
The energy,
The soul body.
Inhale.
Exhale.
It is your divine DNA to be healthy,
To be whole,
And to live in peace.
And to live in peace.
Three rounds of breathing.
Inhale.
Exhale peace.
Inhale.
Exhale wholeness.
Inhale.
Exhale love.
You are blessed and you are loved during this time.
You're not alone.
As a global community,
We are stepping into a new existence.
We are learning how to love and to take care of each other.
Today take time to be still.
