Namaste and welcome to this guided yogic breathwork journey.

This is a 30-minute guided breath meditation designed to activate and to strengthen your inner fire.

Our inner fire is associated with will,

Willpower and focus.

If you wish to get access to more practices with less guidance as well as longer practices from all levels,

You can become a member of Inside Out Yoga by following the link in the description.

This is a seated but fiery practice designed to invigorate your mind and leave you feeling revitalized.

So whenever you're ready,

Get seated comfortably with your spine tall and let's begin.

Welcome and thank you for joining me today for this authentic power breath set.

We're going to get started with 3-9-6 breath.

Inhale for 2,

Hold your breath for a count of 9.

Exhale for a count of 6.

Exhale for 6.

Continue at your own pace.

Establish a controlled and stable breathing pattern.

Inhale for 3,

Hold for 9.

Exhale for 6.

Fairness.

Stabilizing the breath.

After this round,

Come to center.

We'll continue with breath of fire through one nostril at a time.

Close your right nostril with your right thumb and place the middle and index finger on your forehead to stabilize.

Now powerfully pump the navel inwards with every exhalation.

Exhaling out your left nostril.

So we are pumping out the navel,

Generating heat by activating the belly,

The digestive system and clearing our energetic pathways in the body.

Inhalations come naturally,

But we are focusing on the exhalations.

Continue at your own pace and exhale.

Change side.

You may change your arm.

You can use the same if you want to.

Inhaling right,

Exhaling right.

Exhaling right.

Inhale,

Hold the breath in.

Close both nostrils.

Focus the closed eyes in between the eyebrows.

And exhale,

Let go of the arm.

Next up,

Bhastrika.

We are breathing through the nose.

Bring up your shoulders to the ears.

Let them fall down with every exhalation.

Pumping the navel in and letting the shoulders fall towards the earth.

Inhaling,

Shoulders up.

Exhale.

Let the shoulders drop down while bringing the navel in.

Exhaling with force and fire in the belly.

Let go of control and follow the rhythm of your body.

Cleanse yourself of stresses every time you let go of the shoulders and enjoy yourself.

After this round,

Take a deep inhalation.

Hold the breath.

Closed eyes and the third eye between the eyebrows.

And exhale,

Breathe.

Our next technique,

Agni Sal.

Inhale deeply and hold the breath.

Holding the breath,

Start pumping your navel inwards for as long as you comfortably can.

I recommend 11 or 12.

Then exhale and hold while continuing the same pattern and the amount of pumps on your external retention.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Continue this meditative but powerful activation.

And after this round,

Come to center.

Breathe normally.

We're gonna activate.

That's a practice we call cleanse and activate.

Lift your arms up 60 degrees above your head.

Open your palms,

Active fingers.

Now bring one elbow forcefully while exhaling out the mouth.

Bring the arm up again with your inhalation and then repeat on the other side.

The hands are open,

The arms are strong and the exhalation is powerful.

Use the belly.

By hitting our ribs,

We activate our body's natural healing capacities through activating our diaphragm.

We're gonna activate our diaphragm.

By hitting our ribs,

We activate our body's natural healing capacities through activating our lymphatic system.

Continue at your own intensity.

One last full exhalation.

Inhale,

Bring both arms up.

Active fingers,

Active hands.

Hold the breath in.

Closed eyes,

Focused at the third eye.

Let the energy move up.

And our last active technique,

Shiva Kriya.

Lift your active fingers at the height of your shoulders while keeping the elbows bent.

Your fingers are active like antennas receiving the full power and unconditional love of the universe to support you.

Connect to the cosmic field and whatever that means to you right now.

And while drawing in two separated breaths through the nose,

Tilt your hands inwards.

While exhaling in two separated breaths through your mouth,

Tilt your hands back out.

Double inhale nose,

Charge your system.

Double exhale mouth,

Release what needs to be released.

Inhale double,

Exhale mouth.

Be focused.

Keep your closed eyes rolled upwards towards your third eye and keep connecting to what is bigger than you,

The individual you.

Breathe as the powerful force of nature as you are.

Inhale fully,

Hold the breath.

Keep the arms up,

Fingers active,

Antennas charged.

Focus at the third eye.

Open the heart.

Let the energy draw upwards along the spine.

Hold for as long as comfortable.

Feeling the stillness within your own presence.

And if you haven't yet,

Exhale,

Breathe normally,

Find rest.

You can place one hand into the other,

Palms facing upwards,

Finding a grounded,

Calm pose.

Eyes closed,

Breathe.

Feel your power.

This is you.

And you are the authentic power that is the universe.

It is flowing and expressing through you.

I am infinitely powerful.

I am whole.

My power is grounded and stable.

Because I am the universe expressing in human form.

And then let's come back to 3-9-6 breath again.

Inhaling for a count of three,

Holding for nine.

Exhaling for six.

In for three.

Hold for nine.

Exhaling for six.

Thank you so much for practicing with me today.

Hope you are feeling authentic,

Powerful and grounded.

Namaste.
