Okay what I'd like you to do now is to position yourself comfortably and I'm going to be guiding you on a very beautiful journey within with the theme of allowing you to enjoy your body.

So I'm going to be making some suggestions to you that evoke your imagination,

That encourage you to enjoy your body through your senses and also to nourish your emotions in ways that are healthy and supportive to you.

Enjoy your body is a way of encouraging you to nourish your emotions and to enjoy your sensuality.

So I'll be guiding you on this inner journey to a very exotic and sensual place.

And to begin the journey it's important to get a sense of turning down the volume on that critical inner voice,

The one that nags and gives you a hard time.

And you want to be encouraging and allowing for the supportive voice to be guiding you in your choices.

So I will be encouraging you to turn the volume up on that supportive voice,

Your wise voice and to be turning the volume down on that one that's harsh and critical.

So holding in your mind a sense of treating yourself,

Giving yourself a gift,

A gift to explore your sensuality through your imagination and to be able to build up a strength and a confidence in yourself that you can nourish yourself in meaningful ways that allow you to enjoy your body.

So I'd like you to focus in on your breathing and get that sense of breathing in support and breathing away any tensions or uncomfortable feelings.

So breathing in the support and breathing away any worries or anxieties,

So breathing in the support and breathing away any worries or anxieties.

That's good,

Just focusing in this way gently and easily,

Allowing for your thoughts to be directed within.

A sense of openness,

Being able to listen easily and comfortably to my voice as I guide you along your pathway that leads you to this wonderful exotic place.

A place where you can nourish yourself on all levels.

So allowing for your breathing to fall to its own natural rhythm now.

Breathing comfortably and easily.

There's a gentle feeling as you focus inside and get a sense of stepping onto a very beautiful pathway and you're being guided along this pathway.

Taken very gently and easily towards this special and luxurious place.

And so along this pathway are wonderful senses,

Colours and even fragrances.

That you become aware of as you're led gently and easily towards an exotic place.

And so there is an opening,

A doorway.

And as this doorway is opened and you step inside,

You step inside a very beautiful area where there are bowls with tropical fruits,

There are wines,

Glasses.

And there is a beautiful warm enticing pool.

And there may be other people there with you.

And this is a special place for you.

Where you can enjoy being pampered and taken care of just in the way that you need to be.

And so you might like to take a swim in that warm pool.

And so get a sense of gently stepping into this warm pool that seems to have this wonderful fragrance rising through the steam.

And it's allowing you to breathe easily and comfortably.

And as you walk into the pool,

Feeling the warmth surrounding you,

Soothing you,

You know that you're nourishing yourself on a very deep level.

And so become really absorbed in that water,

In that activity of floating or swimming.

And there may be some petals on the water.

And you just make your way through.

And so as you move gracefully and easily in this warm water,

Seems to dissolve any stresses or strains that may have been felt in your body.

Just purifying and cleansing your body at a very deep level.

And your muscles are softening and relaxing.

And it seems that you've been in this water for as long as you need to be.

And you can look around this pool and you can see the very beautiful couches with cushions and fabrics.

And the tropical fruits,

Mangoes and grapes,

Peaches.

And there's a person coming towards you with a towel and a robe.

And they're smiling at you.

And this person is going to take care of your body,

Massage your feet with beautiful oils,

Manicure your fingernails.

And so you make your way out of the pool towards that person.

And they wrap you up in this beautiful warm towel.

Taking you over to the couch,

Just to rest back on the cushions and to be able to rest there and take in the beauty surrounding you.

And you have a table by your side with some teas that you can choose.

Healing teas that nourish and satisfy you.

And as you rest back there,

You can take in the aromas,

The beauty and really indulge in that feeling of relaxation and calmness in your physical body,

In your mind and your emotions.

And this person that comes to you now,

Holding your feet,

You can feel the warmth of their touch.

And it's so intoxicating that you just drift into an even deeper and deeper,

More relaxed state.

Drifting into the most comfortable place.

So relaxed that it's as if you've fallen asleep.

And you feel so safe and comfortable.

Being taken care of.

All of your needs.

Taken care of and nourished.

And so you can surrender into that feeling.

Sinking back into the beautiful soft cushions and fabrics.

Into a place of stillness.

Of clarity.

What an experience for you.

And so as you're resting there now,

You can hear your supportive voice letting you know that you can take good care of yourself.

That you can choose to nourish your body with healthy food.

That you can take care of your emotional needs in ways that support you and are healthy for you.

And you can hear your inner voice encouraging you in everything that you do in your life.

That more and more you hear this supportive voice guiding you,

Encouraging you.

Letting you know that you can choose healthy ways to nourish your body,

Your emotions and your spirit.

And more and more you'll be noticing that you actually enjoy your body.

More and more noticing what a temple of pleasure your body is.

And that you find it easier and easier to take good care of it.

And that it supports you in your life beautifully.

And so you can enjoy all of the senses that you have.

Your sense of touch,

Taste,

Sense of smell,

Aroma.

You can enjoy the visual,

The beauty around you.

And you can enjoy listening to the sounds in your world.

You can enjoy listening to beautiful music or sounds in nature.

And so more and more you'll be noticing the beauty,

The contrasts in your world.

Resting in this beautiful place of yours and feeling that growing sense of confidence,

Reassurance that you are taking good care of yourself.

And that you enjoy all of the senses that you take care to nourish yourself in healthy ways.

And so you gradually begin to be aware of this exotic place within yourself.

And there'll be certain things that are there for you.

That you know are important to you.

That you might like to add to your life on a regular basis.

You can allow yourself to enjoy all the exotic,

Beautiful things that are there for you.

And so you begin to reorientate yourself.

Your body has been soothed and anointed with beautiful oils.

And you've eaten beautiful flavours,

Fruits.

You feel well nourished emotionally.

And you feel more connected and aware of the observer part of yourself that watches and witnesses and supports you.

And so more and more in your life you can be aware of this observer,

Supportive aspect of yourself.

And so it's time now for you to make your way back.

That you can have a sense of gratitude for being able to allow yourself to indulge in all the wonderful sensual delights.

And that you can bring back with you this sense of nourishment and clarity.

Bring it back with you as you're guided back along the pathway that leads you back to the everyday.

So making your way,

Coming back,

Aware of this sense of fullness.

Fullness on all levels of your being.

And so as you make your way back along this pathway,

Feel that vitality growing,

Becoming more and more aware of this.

And being able to bring that into your everyday life.

So there's a sense of fulfilment.

A wonderful sense of fulfilment.

And shortly I'll ring a gentle bell.

Before I ring the bell I'd like you just to be fully aware of your body.

To bring your attention back into your hands.

I'd like you to wriggle your fingers.

And to take in a nice deep breath.

So that you're fully connected back again in your body.

Notice how you're feeling and bring that joyfulness back with you.

So opening your eyes,

Being fully present back in the here and now.

That's good.
