Hello and welcome to this guided practice called Creating Possibilities for a New Space and a New Way of Being.
So find a comfortable space to sit or lie down.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Allow your body to soften and relax.
Close your eyes gently and with each breath,
Feel your body grounding into the present moment.
You are here,
Now,
And there is no need to rush.
As you continue breathing,
I invite you to reflect on the clutter in your life.
Imagine the physical mess around you.
Let yourself notice it without judgment.
What purpose has it served for you?
Perhaps it's been a way to distract yourself from things that feel hard or unmet desires,
Like wanting more meaningful relationships or a greater sense of connection.
Clutter can serve as a shield,
Keeping you busy,
Occupied,
And not thinking about things that feel difficult or out of reach.
And that's okay.
It was once your way of coping.
But now,
Notice the possibility of creating a new kind of space for yourself,
A space where you can feel free to be and where you can receive what you truly desire without the distractions of chaos.
And now,
I invite you to imagine yourself in a space that is completely your own,
A sanctuary.
This space is organized,
Clear,
And calm,
And it holds the potential for all the things you truly long for,
Connection,
Peace,
Creativity,
And joy.
This space is where you are most creative,
Not because it's messy or cluttered,
But because it is a space that holds clarity and room for your ideas to grow.
It is a space that supports your creativity in ways that an overloaded room cannot.
In this space,
You feel free to think,
To dream,
And to create,
Unburdened by the mess and chaos you once thought was necessary for your creativity.
This sanctuary you have imagined is a place where your best work happens,
Where your heart and mind are aligned in a flow of creative energy and where everything feels in balance.
So,
Take a moment to reflect on the idea you picked up when you were younger,
That to be creative,
You must be messy.
What if this idea was a misunderstanding?
What if your creativity is truly at its best when there is space,
Order,
And clarity around you?
Imagine yourself as the creative person you are and know that you can be organized and creative.
Creativity does not require chaos.
It needs space to flow,
Space to breathe,
And space to express itself fully.
You have the power to create that space for yourself,
And in doing so,
You unlock the full potential of your creativity.
In this sanctuary,
Release the old narrative that says creativity requires mess.
Imagine gently letting go of this belief.
See it slipping away from you,
Leaving you with an open space to create.
And as you breathe deeply,
You are now able to move forward with a new understanding that order and tidiness support your creative flow and that when you have space to think,
To dream,
And to be,
Your creativity blossoms effortlessly.
And now I invite you to bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.
Open your eyes gently and begin to look around the room you are in.
Start with a simple question.
Do you see something that feels out of place?
Is there an item that doesn't belong where it is?
Perhaps something in the wrong corner or on the wrong surface.
What would it take to put that item back in its rightful place?
Imagine yourself taking a small action,
Moving that item to where it belongs.
How does it feel to restore a small sense of order in your environment?
Now,
Take a moment to envision how your space would feel if every item had a designated spot.
If every item had a designated spot.
Create a place for everything.
Consider where you could place your keys,
Your bags,
Your books,
Your devices.
Each of these items has a place that makes it easy to find when you need it.
Organizing your belongings in a way that makes sense to you helps keep things in order and gives you back time and energy.
Let's walk through a few key areas in your home.
And so now I invite you to go to your kitchen.
Is there a pile of dishes on the counter?
Maybe there's clutter in your pantry or the drawers feel messy.
Begin by focusing on one small area.
Perhaps the countertop or the fridge.
Clear it of any items that don't belong or that can be put away.
For your pantry,
Try organizing things by category.
Canned goods in one place,
Dry foods in another.
This simple organization will help you feel in control and can inspire healthier choices.
So the next time you use your kitchen,
Notice how much easier it is to cook or prepare a meal in an organized space.
It frees up your mental energy to focus on what you're doing instead of being distracted by chaos.
And now I invite you to look around your bedroom.
Does it feel like a restful retreat or more like a storage space for forgotten items?
Begin by clearing off your bed and making it neatly.
Clear any clothes or items that don't belong.
Create a spot to hang or fold clothing as you go rather than letting it accumulate.
Now consider your closet.
Could you make it more functional?
Organize your clothes by type or color to make it easier to find what you need each day.
And when your bedroom is organized,
It creates an environment of restfulness,
A space where you can truly unwind.
And now I invite you to go to your living room and look around it.
Is there clutter that blocks your space or makes it feel overcrowded?
Start by clearing any surfaces,
Coffee tables,
Side tables,
Or shelves that have accumulated clutter.
If there are items like remote controls or magazines scattered about,
Consider adding baskets or trays to keep them contained.
This allows you to keep the surfaces clear,
Giving your mind a sense of calm when you enter the room.
Remember,
Less is often more.
A tidy space with only the essentials allow the room to breathe and foster relaxation.
And now I invite you to look at your workspace.
A cluttered workspace can make it hard to concentrate.
Start by clearing your desk.
Remove anything that isn't necessary for your current task.
Organize your pens,
Papers,
And tools so they are easy to access.
If papers pile up quickly,
Consider a filing system for important documents and recycle,
Or shred what you don't need.
Create a workspace that encourages focus and creativity.
Keep it tidy,
And your mind will have room to think and create.
Remember that every small step in organizing your space is also a small shift towards organizing your inner world.
You are not just creating space in your room,
But in your life,
For all that you truly desire to manifest.
So I invite you to say this to yourself out loud.
I create space for clarity,
For creativity,
For all that I am ready to receive.
I trust that I am creative in an organized and peaceful space,
And I embrace the lightness that comes with clearing what no longer serves me.
Now take a deep breath in,
And exhale slowly.
Feel yourself coming back into the present moment,
Bringing with you the sense of possibility and space you have created.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch your body,
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Know that every small action you take to clear space in your physical world is also clearing space in your inner world.
Your creativity thrives in a peaceful,
Organized space,
And you have the power to make this your reality.
By implementing these small actions and tips,
You begin to create a sanctuary where your mind can thrive and where your creativity can flow freely.
Each space you organize and tidy brings you closer to the peaceful,
Creative environment you desire,
And you'll start to feel lighter,
More focused,
And more aligned with your inner goals.
Thank you very much for joining me in this guided practice,
And I wish you a wonderful day.
