Welcome to the world of meditation.
In today's meditation practice,
We are going to focus on the goal for today.
Before we begin,
I would invite you to come into an upright position,
Completely relaxing your body,
Closing your eyes gently,
Taking a long deep inhale and exhaling completely.
You can exhale out of the mouth,
Inhaling deeply,
Expanding the belly and as you exhale,
Sighing out of the mouth.
Last breath,
Inhaling deeply and exhale completely.
Today,
I will invite you to visualize your goal.
What is one goal that you would like to accomplish today?
It could be a simple task,
It could be thinking about or moving towards an idea or a project,
It could be creating a new habit or trying to follow through on an existing habit.
Whatever this goal is,
Big or small,
Trying to visualize this goal clearly and once you have the goal in your mind's eye,
I want you to visualize accomplishing this goal.
I want you to visualize having successfully completed this goal.
How do you feel as you accomplish this goal?
What emotions do you feel?
And now,
Slowly bringing your awareness back to your breath,
To your inhales and exhales.
Whenever you're ready,
You can slowly begin to open your eyes.
Good job!
Accomplishing a goal is more than half complete once we have already visualized it.
Visualization is one of the keys to success.
