This is a guided visualisation to clarify what we truly want from life. We quickly go over the major aspects of life through a guided visualisation. This is a great meditation to do before or after you are trying to make a review of your life or trying to find clarity amidst rapid change.

Namaste,

My name is Rohil and today I am going to take you on a visualization to create your life vision.

For this meditation I would invite you to sit in an upright position with your back straight or in any other comfortable position,

Closing your eyes,

Taking a long deep inhale,

Expanding your belly and a long exhale,

Releasing all the air out,

Contracting the belly,

Once again inhaling deeply,

Expanding the belly and exhaling completely,

Contracting the belly.

A few more long deep breaths,

Inhaling for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold the breath for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Exhale for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Last breath inhaling deeply for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Hold the breath for 4,

3,

2,

1,

Exhale for 4,

3,

2,

And 1.

And now in this presence that we've developed through the breath,

Trying to focus on the sensations that are arising inside of you,

The sounds that you are hearing around you and the space that you are in,

Trying to be completely present in your space,

We will now begin to visualize our ideal life.

Imagine that the first rays of the sun at dawn are streaming in to your ideal bedroom.

You are waking up with the first rays of the dawn,

Looking first to the other side of your bed and just noticing who is there,

Who is this ideal person who you would like to be with you.

Maybe this person is already in your life,

If not,

Trying to visualize the characteristics,

The attributes of this person.

And from here,

You slowly make your way out of your bed and walking up to the window,

Trying to visualize the ideal location you would like to live in.

This location can be in any part of the world,

Visualizing in detail where you would like to be in an ideal situation,

In the mountains,

On the beach,

In nature or in a city,

Visualizing this with clarity.

And then continuing on with your day,

How would you like to spend the first hour or two hours of your day?

What would you ideally be doing,

Whether it's an exercise routine or is journaling,

Meditating,

Taking a walk in nature,

Whatever it might be,

Visualize yourself doing that which you would really like to do in the first hour or two in the day,

A time when you can truly give back to yourself and nourish your being.

And as you come to an end of this activity,

I want you to visualize your first meal of the day,

What kind of food would you ideally want to eat,

What kind of food do you think will give you the most nourishment and the most vitality,

Visualize yourself eating that food with enjoyment.

And now visualizing the next part of your day where you begin to do some activity,

It can be work or any other activity that will fill up your day,

What would nourish you the most?

Maybe something that is cognitively demanding,

Maybe something that is physically demanding,

What kind of craft,

Art or profession would you like to devote the biggest chunk of your day towards?

Maybe you are already doing this,

Maybe this is your current profession or it is something that you are working towards.

Once again try to visualize the details,

How would your day look like?

And now visualizing the end of your day,

What would a fulfilled day look like to you?

What would you like to do at the end of your day?

Maybe it's a little bit of exercise,

A walk in nature or time spent with friends or loved ones.

Again trying to visualize clearly how you would like to spend these two or three hours in the evening to unwind and prepare yourself for sleep.

And now as your day is coming to the end,

You're sitting down before your laptop to write a blog piece and this piece is about how you got to the stage where you are.

How did you manifest this ideal life vision?

How did you manifest your perfect occupation,

Profession,

Art?

How did you manifest your perfect partner?

How did you manifest abundance and prosperity?

How did you manifest being in the perfect location that you are at?

And how did you manifest your perfect relaxation at the end of the day?

Very concisely just exploring what are the steps that it would take to reach this space,

To find this balance,

To reach this meaningful fulfillment in our lives.

And once this is done,

You are making your way back to your bed,

Your loved one beside you,

And you are dozing off to sleep.

Slowly and completely falling asleep.

And now slowly waking up to your immediate and real surroundings,

Focusing on your breath,

Getting aware of your body and whenever you're ready,

Slowly beginning to open your eyes.

If you have a moment now,

Do take some time to put pen to paper and write down some of the insights that you got through your own introspection.

How are you going to take the steps to manifest that dream life that you just visualized?
