Ancient Yin breathing technique to achieve a state of complete relaxation.

Yin represents the feminine that resides within us all.

Yin is subtle,

It is the water that flows patiently.

It is the moon that rises and glows without seeking any attention.

It is the snake that moves slowly through the grass.

It is the beating heart of a baby.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Take a moment to simply be.

We will now initiate the Yin breathing technique.

Slow and long inhales with your mouth and let go on the exhales.

The sequence of the breath,

Abdomen,

Chest,

Head,

Like an elevator going from the first floor abdomen to the third floor head.
