Transcript

Allow any ideas you have of the external world to fade away.

Let go of everything external.

Dedicate this time of the day to yourself.

You are on a special mission to heal and nurture yourself.

Loving yourself is the act of showing up and here you are.

Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.

Take a moment to find the position that feels best for you.

Gently close your eyes and begin to connect with your breath.

Inhale through your nostrils,

Into your abdomen.

Notice how your abdomen is rising.

Exhale through your nostrils.

Notice how your abdomen falls.

As you breathe in and out,

Notice how your abdomen is rising and falling.

When you breathe in,

The abdomen rises.

When you breathe out,

The abdomen falls.

Become the observer of your breath.

Let's begin.

Inhale,

Rise.

Exhale,

Fall.

Be aware of your breathing throughout the day.

And remember,

You have the power to connect and slow it down at any time.

Awareness is key.

Gratitude for joining this session.

Have a beautiful day.
