This guided meditation is a journey to your personal place of power and positivity. The meditation leads you to this space using an energy-infused elevator that is controlled by your breath. It leads you down ten floors below you, opens its doors to your personal space, and leads you back to the ground floor above you where you find yourself in a more calm, relaxed and empowered state of being. There is a lot of "guiding" during this meditation, to ensure that you are able to make your way down and back up again. Perfect for really visual meditators.

Transcript

Getting comfortable in a seated position or lying down,

Whichever feels more comfortable for you,

Find a position where you can be equally relaxed and alert.

Begin by either closing your eyes or lowering your gaze,

Whichever feels more comfortable for you in this moment.

And then becoming aware of your breath,

Noticing how your abdomen rises and falls naturally with each breath.

Beginning by taking a long,

Slow,

Deep inhale through the nose and then exhaling out slowly through the mouth as if through a straw,

Pursed between your lips.

Again long,

Slow,

Deep inhale in through the nose all the way down in the belly.

And then pushing all the air out through that small hole,

That straw,

Through your mouth until all the air is deflated and released.

Beginning to sense that your body is beginning to undergo a change,

You feel calmer,

More relaxed and maybe even a little heavier as you can feel your body being pushed into the earth through the force of gravity,

Something that we generally don't take notice of.

And from this position of relaxation,

Without changing anything about your breath,

You can begin a visualization,

A journey,

A journey to healing,

A journey to a place of happiness,

A joyful place.

So knowing that you're going to be in a safe place where nothing can affect you and that your breath will be the anchor of this practice and that with each breath that you take,

The air that flows into your lungs all the way down just below your navel will actually control your journey in a safe and concise manner.

So drawing in the breath,

Long,

Slow,

Deep inhale in through the nose.

You're going to use the healing and balancing power of green energy to draw stress out of the body.

So starting by visualizing a soothing green ball of light,

An orb of energy forming above your head.

And this green energy begins to flow in waves and slowly drip down all around you.

The energy is light and it moves slowly,

Transforming into an egg-shaped cocoon,

Enveloping,

Surrounding,

Engulfing your body.

The green energy forms a healing and protective barrier around you for the duration of this journey.

And it proceeds from the top of your head and goes into the base of your feet.

And every time that you inhale in through your nose,

You are pulling in this green energy from the cocoon into your body.

So inhaling in,

Drawing the green energy into your body,

Deep into your lungs,

Down below your navel.

Feel the energy coursing through your body and removing the stress and the tension each time you exhale out.

And as you take a breath again,

Imagine that the energy flowing internally now is soothing and relaxing your muscles.

And you can hear the energy as it moves with rushing noises along with your breath.

And as the green energy moves within the body,

It is pushing out any negative energy that you have within you.

There's no room for the negative within.

And now picturing the energy flowing to the top of your head and then back through your lungs and finally outward again.

Follow the journey of the breath as it moves in this pattern and it relaxes your muscles.

And all you are doing is just drawing from the vast energy that is now surrounding you and flowing around you.

Each time you draw this energy into your body,

You feel more relaxed,

You feel even more in control.

And as you exhale next time,

The green energy begins to drain out through your feet,

Returning into the cocoon,

Swirling all around you,

Emerald green.

All the tension is drained along with it.

And you are now surrounded by a completely refreshed cocoon of healing,

Calming energy.

And with each breath,

It fills you more and more,

Continuing to relax and heal you as you continue the meditation,

Going deep within.

And as you go deep within,

You are still in complete control of yourself and of this energy.

And within,

The energy is still surrounding you,

Providing you relaxing and healing protective barrier.

And since you are now in a state of complete relaxation,

You can forget about the body and you can allow your inner conscious to be focused completely into your inner world,

Absorbing yourself into your breath and allowing the following imagery to unfold from there.

Consider yourself within the cocoon,

Safely watching all the events unfold in the mind's eye.

A circular ring of white energy appears below you.

Imagine that this ring is actually an elevator into deeper consciousness that you have stepped into and will bring you into a place of complete peace and resourcefulness.

Notice that there are 10 buttons in this elevator indicating that there are 10 floors beneath you.

You control this energy and this elevator with your breath.

And as you inhale,

The white ring of energy shines and comes to life,

Preparing to take you deep within your own mind.

Exhaling the elevator gently lowers and you can feel the sand beneath you moving firmly and slowly,

The floor,

The carpet,

Whatever surface you're sitting or lying on.

Imagine that you are beginning to sink below this surface.

And as you feel yourself sinking lower and lower each time you inhale,

You know that you are not in any danger.

In fact,

You feel very safe and secure in this personal space you've created.

So hear that gentle hum of the elevator.

And looking up,

You can see the number one light up above your head.

And just below the number one,

You see the word relax,

Glowing a deep purple.

Continuing to inhale deep into your belly,

Allowing the green energy to continue to fill your body.

You move lower into your mind,

But are still very alert and aware.

And as you exhale,

You pass the number two just above your head.

And once again,

The word relax glows just below the number in deep purple.

And you are feeling more relaxed and comfortable each time you see this glowing word.

The glowing ring of light continues to hum as you move deeper.

It's solid and secure,

Taking you where you would like to go.

So inhaling now again,

Growing the green energy within,

You move lower still.

Exhale,

Releasing any negative energy up and outwards.

And now you see the number three,

Again with the word relax.

And the word relax seems to be getting larger and more defined with each passing level.

And your next inhalation takes you lower still,

Deeper now than you've ever been.

The green energy is stronger than before in your protective cocoon.

And you can feel it flowing around you and remaining within you.

The energy continues to grow inside as you breathe,

Pushing out negative energy.

As you exhale and see the number four above your head,

And you see the word relax,

Growing larger and larger and more defined.

And you're almost halfway there.

And all of your negative energy can now be left behind.

As you inhale and move deeper,

The energy grows so much within you that you are completely filled.

It pushes out all the negative energy and leaves it behind at the fourth level.

And now you exhale and you pass the number five,

Glowing right above the word relax.

And the word relax is now so defined that you can clearly see it in your mind's eye without a problem.

You can sense it.

You can feel the words if you can't see them or you can hear them repeating in your head.

However,

You perceive the word relax.

It's getting stronger and it's helping you.

And with each breath now,

You're going to go deeper into your relaxed state.

You've left all of your negative energy behind and can now focus on letting go.

Letting go of your cares,

Of your worries,

Because none of them can bother you here in your personal space.

Any noises you hear only serve to bring you deeper into your own space.

They are very distant.

It cannot interrupt your concentration.

Your chest is relaxed and the air is going deep into your lungs without much effort.

And now with this deep breath,

You move even lower.

When you exhale,

Pushing all the air out,

You see the number six.

Then again,

Feel the word relax throughout your entire body.

You can see it or hear it and it's growing stronger.

It's helping you.

Taking another nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath,

You move deeper still as you exhale the number seven is glowing above your head.

Naturally,

The word relax is still with you and it's going into every cell in your body.

And you see it and you hear it and you feel it move through you.

So take another deep breath and move slowly down to the eighth level.

And you are now so relaxed that you are completely within your mind.

There's no noise here from the outside world.

And your physical body is safe and secure in the position you left it to rest.

And though you are completely relaxed,

You are still alert and aware of the powerful calm which is now a part of you.

And now exhaling,

You move past the number eight,

Seeing it above your head.

And you're so completely relaxed that the word is within you,

Repeating gently,

Communicating to your subconscious.

And another deep breath takes you deeper into the lowest levels of your mind.

Relax,

Exhale,

Move past the number nine.

And there's nothing more that you need to do.

You're so calm that you don't need to react to anything or create anything.

Everything is being creative passively and completely at ease.

Moving slow and deeply,

Moving now to the deepest level of your consciousness.

You are now full of powerful,

Relaxing,

Healing energy,

Which you can control in any way you like.

Feel it move and carry your problems away.

And watch as your body is healed and you feel like you did when you were younger.

You feel alive,

Renewed and in control.

And as you exhale,

You see the number 10 above your head.

And you have arrived.

You have arrived at your personal space of power and are ready to reveal it to yourself.

And when the doors open to your personal space of power,

It can be whatever,

Wherever you desire.

You shape it easily from within your mind.

You can draw from old memories of when you felt at ease and in control.

And you can shape it with your vision,

Looking out and watching the mountains or beaches or whatever landscape you desire.

And as you prepare yourself to move into your personal space of power,

The door slowly slides back and it reveals a hint of sunlight and begins to slide away,

Revealing the landscape as you imagine it.

So step out of the elevator.

You are now in your personal place of power and you feel at peace.

Looking around,

You don't have a care in the world and you can be free to do whatever you like as you remain here for a few moments.

And you've reclaimed your mental space.

And can bring this feeling back with you.

Your mind is one with your body.

You can choose to bring this with you throughout the day and days ahead because your personal space is there when you need it and can be accessed in times of need.

Nothing can harm you here and no one can come into your personal space of power without you letting them.

So choose to slowly walk back towards the elevator and it will bring you back at your own pace.

And slowly with each breath it will bring you back towards waking awareness.

And so the door of the elevator slides back and you step in at the lowest level.

And on the floor you can see the ring of white energy again around you.

And your energy and peace from this space of personal power,

They're still with you.

And the energy begins to hum around you just like before.

And you see the number 10 light above your head as you inhale in.

Exhale and move closer to waking awareness.

And now you see the number 9 above your head and feel slightly more awake and alert.

And as you exhale it takes you firmly and gradually towards waking awareness.

And you can see the number 8 above your head.

And some faint purple words that say awake and alert just below the number 8.

And as you exhale you move past the words going up further still.

Now inhaling you can see the number 7 and the words awake and alert glowing radiantly.

And the cool purple light of the words make you feel focused and aware.

Exhaling and moving gradually closer to waking.

And as you inhale again you see the number 6 above your head and again the words awake and alert.

And the green energy around you begins to turn a cool blue.

It invigorates your mind and your body and you can feel it cooling you and bringing your mind into complete focus.

Inhaling deeply pulling in some of this cool blue energy into your belly.

The energy circulates throughout your body and you see the number 5 above your head and the words awake and alert.

Maybe you could even hear these words repeating faintly to you in your mind or feel their vibrations through you.

Exhale moving higher still past the numbers and the words.

Breathing fully into your belly pulling more cooling blue energy through your body.

The energy is circulating through your head now and you feel its effects and you see the number 4 above your head and the words awake and alert.

And it brings you to a more alert focused state as the words reverberate through you.

Now exhale and move past the number and words to a more awakened state.

Breathing deep into your belly and pulling the cooling blue energy throughout the entire body and you feel invigorated yet still calm.

As the number 3 lights up and you see the words awake and alert.

You begin to feel it through your entire body and mind peacefully choosing to move further into an awakened state with this exhalation.

Breathing now with a nearly awakened focus you faintly see the number 2 above your head and you know that you are nearly fully awake and alert.

But you choose to remain within your personal energy cocoon absorbing it into your body.

And you let the words awake and alert move through your body,

Through your mind in whatever way that you choose.

You see them clearly defined,

You feel their energy,

You hear them repeating in your cells.

And now exhaling out moving closer to waking consciousness carrying your peace and energy with you.

And as you inhale the energy is under your complete control and you use it to bring clarity into your mind,

Energy into your actions and you see the number 1.

Awake and alert which are now fully within you.

You can slowly begin to open your eyes and exhale out and let your worries be forgotten if only for a moment,

If only for today.

When your mind is focused and you are now completely in control in this awakened state and the energy you have brought with you still circulates within your body bringing you calm and focus throughout your day.

Recall for just a moment the happiness you reclaimed in your personal space of power and know that you can use this feeling to remind yourself throughout the day that you are in complete control.

The feeling will instantly come to you in times of need and you can't forget it because it's a part of you now.

It's imprinted in every cell of your body.

So feeling very relaxed and focused and ready to conquer the day ahead becoming conscious of your breath again,

Wiggling your toes,

Your fingers,

Adjusting your position,

Maybe even stretching your body and you can feel free to stay in this space for a while and you can be free to just be.

This was a powerful/peaceful/personal meditational journey for me. As I was down on the 10 floor below, & the doors opened, I could visualize my grandparents faces and bodies in heaven (as I don’t have anymore grandparents in my life). This really touched me to see them in good spirits and doing well. When it was time to go back up the elevator, I cried during my meditation (I miss them so). But was able to be and feel at peace on my journey back up, knowing things will be alright. I know they’re watching over me. Namaste 🙏🏽
