If you're going through a hard time right now,
I just want you to know that you are not alone.
You got this and you're gonna get through it.
This meditation is just a quick way to just bring in calmness and release the worry and settle your energy.
So I invite you just to close your eyes and just start to soften your whole body and settle in your space.
You're gonna relax your face,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
The back of your neck,
Drop your shoulders,
Release from your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Through your chest.
Just soften that abdomen,
Blow your belly button,
Relax your legs,
Settle your feet and your toes.
Feel your connection to the earth.
Notice your breathing.
Just start to deepen it.
And let's just set the intention that when you breathe in,
You breathe in calmness.
When you breathe out,
You breathe out worry.
So breathe in calmness and release the worry.
Breathe in calmness,
Let go of the worry,
Calmness,
Release the worry.
Keep going.
You got this.
Breathe in calmness and just let go of that worry.
In calmness and release the worry.
I just want you to take a moment,
Just feel this calmness as you breathe it in,
Just radiating throughout your body.
Feel it move through your heart and in your stomach,
In your legs,
Your feet and your hands,
Your shoulders and your neck and your head.
Just feel the calmness.
Yeah,
When that calmness is radiating throughout your whole body,
You can start to move.
Just maybe softly sway back and forth and roll your shoulders.
When you're ready,
You can slowly come out of meditation.
And you can use this meditation whenever you need it,
For however long.
You can make it longer or shorter.
It doesn't matter.
Just whatever you need in the moment,
You just bring in the calmness and release the worry.
You got this.
You're gonna get through it.
