Welcome to this energy protection meditation.
My name is Shauna and I will be guiding you through this practice.
So let's begin.
Have a seat,
Lay down,
Whichever is more comfortable.
And we'll just take a nice deep inhale,
Filling up the body,
Filling up the belly,
The chest,
The throat.
And then sigh it out.
Perfect.
Taking another,
If that feels good,
Letting go of anything that you might be holding onto.
Letting it melt away.
Letting your breath to have more space,
Letting it be deeper,
Longer.
Closing down the eyes.
And as you allow the breath to have space,
Maybe check in with your body.
Filling up the forehead,
Being aware of where your eyelids touch.
Leaving space between the top and the bottom teeth.
Inviting the shoulders to fall down towards the ground,
Heavy.
Loosening any grip you might be having in your fingers and your toes.
Letting your body be supported.
Letting your breath be expansive.
And as your breath and your body anchor you into this moment,
Into this space,
I invite you to allow your awareness to expand.
Allow your awareness to expand to the outer edges of the room that you're in.
The four corners of the room.
Expanding further to the forests,
Mountains,
Oceans.
As your body roots you into this here and now moment,
Allow your awareness to expand to the stars,
The clouds.
Allow your awareness to expand even further to the outer edges of the universe.
Allow your awareness to be free,
Have infinite space.
Then I invite you to imagine you're sitting in a field with the sun shining down upon you.
You can feel its warmth on your hair and your skin and your clothes.
Maybe there's a light breeze.
You begin to soak in the rays of the sun into your skin,
Into your cells,
Into your bones,
Warming you up from the outside in.
And as you connect to this energy of the sun,
Your skin begins to tingle,
Begins to warm up.
You can feel the energy within your body,
Almost as if it has an electric buzz sound feeling to it.
As you fill up with this energy,
It begins to expand,
Begins to expand outside of yourself.
It begins to surround your body,
Almost as if it's a glowing orb surrounding your entire body,
All around you,
Above you,
Beneath you.
This electric buzzing energy of warmth is surrounding your entire body,
Keeping your vibration high,
Keeping your energy activated.
And in this orb,
In this space,
You are completely safe.
You're completely supported.
Nothing or no one can come into this space that is low vibration.
You realize that only high vibration or vibration that matches yours in this moment can enter.
As you sit in this orb,
You feel its energy,
You feel the power.
You hear the buzzing.
There's a feeling of connection.
You can release the visualization and allow your awareness to get a little bit more narrow,
Get a little more filtered,
Back to being aware of the four corners of the room that you're in,
But allowing your body to continue to feel that energy.
Throughout your day,
You're going to be protected.
That little bubble,
That orb is going to surround you,
Keep you safe.
You're welcome to stop this here and enjoy and just sit with that feeling for a few more moments or you can begin to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Deepen breath.
Maybe you do a big stretch,
Give yourself a hug.
When you're ready,
Slowly opening the eyes,
Taking in the room that you're in,
The colors and shapes,
The quality of light.
