Do you ever find yourself so wrapped up in your thoughts and in your head that it's hard to see where you're going?

That this spiraling of thoughts,

Of memories,

Of ideas,

Of shoulds,

Of coulds,

Of woulds.

.

.

Where am I?

Where is the ground?

It's like walking through thick fog.

We try to push away the density of the thoughts of the mind so I can see where I am.

So I can realize what's needed right here in this moment.

But the space keeps filling itself back up.

It can be really frustrating to try to get clear and not be able to get clear.

When this happens to me,

As much as possible,

I feel my feet on the ground.

The physicalness of it.

Even if I have to activate this feeling sense by pushing my legs down with my arms.

Feeling that pressure.

Feeling that connection.

Feeling the vibrancy of the earth coming up to receive me.

To hold me.

To support me.

Breathing into the space,

I imagine and visualize the strong loving tether from Mother Earth coming up.

Touching me.

Pulling me to her warmth and safety.

This tether is filled with light and love.

She says,

I'm right here.

I've got you.

You're safe.

Breathing in,

I draw in her strength and her support.

I draw in her wisdom and her knowingness.

If this is anything of what you've ever felt before,

With a mind and thought so busy that there's a deep sense of groundlessness.

Breathe in with me now.

Breathe in and feel the connection of your feet to Mother Earth.

Feel her support.

Her safety.

Her strength.

Let yourself soften and be held by her.

Feel the vibrancy in your feet,

In your toes and your heel.

The energy coming up through your arch.

Let this energy come all the way up your legs,

All the way up your body.

All the way up your spine,

Your neck and into your head.

And as you breathe,

Feel the space of Mother Earth surrounding you,

Tapping into you,

Strengthening you.

As you breathe in,

You breathe her in.

And as you breathe out,

There's a clearing out.

There's a clearing in your physical space.

There's a clearing in your energetic space.

There's a clearing in the mind space.

Everything moves to ground,

To safety,

To presence.

The cycle of Mother Earth's energy,

Again,

Coming up through the feet,

Through your body with the breath,

Cycling out into your environment.

Creating a rhythm,

A presence.

Breathe into all of this.

Gently and easily letting go of the mind.

That's not what's needed here.

That's not what's present here.

What's present is solid strength with grace and light and love.

It's filling you up.

It's flowing through you.

It's creating an energetic smile to you and your life,

To your strengths.

To the strengths of who and how you are.

That's always here.

That's always here.

And staying connected to our strengths supported by Mother Earth,

We know that the mind,

In all of its tendency,

Can be busy.

The choice to what to pay attention to,

How to feel,

It's ours in this moment.

It's ours in every moment.

Stay here as long as you'd like.

Keep breathing Mother Earth energy into you.

I'm smiling with deep gratitude and joy for your being,

For who you are.

For you being part of this beautiful place and space.
