In this guided journey, we explore what balance feels like in the body and the emotional landscape. By noticing the still point between our breaths, we attuned to the perfectly balanced moment offered by Equinox. Then we bring awareness to balancing our bodies, and finally, creating enough space for all emotions to exist in harmony.
