Welcome.

I am so honored to share this time with you.

Before we begin,

Please check your space and just make sure that you have enough privacy,

Security,

And comfort to allow yourself to really drop into your body and allow your mind to loosen its control just for a few minutes and making yourself really comfortable in whatever position that is.

Closing the eyes or softening your gaze and taking in fresh air,

Feeling the weight of your body,

Noticing how your body is supported right now,

Continuing to breathe and inviting a sense of newness,

Of fresh energy into your body,

Feeling how easy it is to access this oxygen,

How abundant the air is all around you,

Becoming aware of the air as it expands in your lungs,

Expands your belly,

Moves throughout your body,

Getting curious about what other qualities are in the air all around you.

Maybe there is love,

Wisdom,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Just being open to the possibility of supports that exist all around you,

As abundant as the air,

As easy to access as this breath,

Playing with what it would feel like to breathe in acceptance,

To nourish your body with love as much as you do with oxygen.

And now bringing your awareness to your heart space,

Feeling the expansion of the in-breath almost like a sphere expanding out in all directions before condensing that energy right into the center of your heart on the out-breath.

Getting curious about that sphere.

Does it have a color?

Is it solid?

More like an iridescent bubble?

Just staying really present with the way that your breath interacts with your heart.

Now scanning your body for signs of safety.

Maybe it's the way the gravity is holding you steady.

Maybe it's the rhythm of your pulse or a stillness in your belly.

Just spend a moment with how safety feels in your body.

And if you'd like,

You can move your hands around to different places and see,

Is there a different response with physical contact?

How does your body indicate safety when your hand is on your heart?

Knowing that if anything begins to feel unsafe,

You can just slow down,

Open your eyes,

Reorient yourself to your space.

But try to keep going until you have a clear sense of how safety feels in your body in this moment.

And now scanning again for signs of pleasure.

What feels good in your body right now?

Maybe run your fingers over your face or your arms.

Can you invite more pleasure into your body?

Just stay with those sensations,

Knowing that you deserve to feel good.

You deserve to access pleasure.

If anything comes up that feels uncomfortable or numb,

Just seeing if you can accept its presence.

Just allowing it to be.

Softening any tension,

Opening any constriction.

Just witnessing that this exists and then returning to your anchors of safety and pleasure.

Or maybe recalling a time when you did feel safety or pleasure.

What sensations were there?

Where did you experience it?

How did you know that you were safe or feeling good?

Trusting in your ability to find that again.

Just feeling whatever amount of pleasure that you can connect with.

Expand with every inhale.

More and more.

Can you make this even bigger?

Can you fill every cell of your body with safety and pleasure?

You are safe and you deserve to be safe.

Your body can have pleasure and you deserve to feel pleasure.

Making this as real and as true as you possibly can in this moment.

And knowing that you can create this state anytime you want.

That you are worthy of safety and pleasure.

And that these are resources that are available to you to power and support you in every endeavor.

And now inviting acceptance for whatever you experienced today.

Allowing it to be enough.

Exactly as it is.

And releasing this practice.

Offering yourself gratitude for tending to yourself in this way.

Inviting some gentle movement as you open your eyes and return to your space.

Maybe one final deep breath and taking a moment to feel what you would like to bring with you for the rest of your day.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for showing up today.
