This is a lightening quick practice to feel more centered,
Both in body and spirit.
So starting with the direction of length,
You're gonna feel your feet being held by the earth.
Feeling that energy moving up through your body,
Through your hips,
Through your heart,
All the way through the crown of your head.
Extending up to the cosmos,
Feeling held by both the ground and the sky.
Shifting your awareness now to the direction of width.
Maybe taking your arms out wide,
Taking up as much space as possible,
Breathing deep and feeling a sense of belonging.
Now shifting the direction to depth,
All of your attention on the back of your body.
All of those experiences that made you who you are,
All of the support throughout the ages.
And finally,
Forward.
