This short practice helps calm the mind and develop focus. This is a good exercise to do before going for a meeting, presentation, or taking an exam. It can also be helpful when feeling anxious or before going to sleep. It's natural for your mind to wander during meditation. When you notice your mind has wandered away, come back to your breath without giving yourself a hard time.
