And I invite you to take a nice deep breath into your body.

Whatever happened before this moment,

Let's put aside.

And let's use the breath to help us return.

Return to the present.

Return to our bodies.

Return to the earth.

Return your awareness to the base of your spine,

To your first chakra.

And imagine that you're breathing in and out of this space.

And then imagine that there's an energetic anchor traveling down from your first chakra to the earth,

Rooting you into a spot.

And now I want you to connect to wherever you think you've gone.

Imagine that it's like a kite flying really,

Really high up in the sky.

But now it's time for the kite to come down,

And so slowly we're going to pull that string,

Gripping it around and around.

Until you feel that essence sliding back into your body.

Breathing into that first chakra,

Feeling it rooted and grounded.

And once you do,

Bring your awareness to your second chakra,

Feeling it connected to the base of your spine and connected to the earth.

And now bring your awareness to your third chakra,

Your solar plexus.

Breathing in to this space and then connecting it down to your second chakra,

To your first chakra,

To the earth.

Breathing that energy up from the earth,

And pull the energy up from your third chakra into your heart space in the center of your chest.

Breathe into your heart chakra.

Feel yourself relax into this place with a sense of safety.

And now imagine that energy going down to your third chakra,

Second,

First,

Down into the ground.

And inhaling up from the ground into your first chakra,

Second,

Into your belly,

And into your heart space.

Breathing into your heart space and pulling that energy up into your throat.

Breathe into your throat.

In your next inhalation into your throat,

Pull the energy down into your heart chakra,

Into your belly,

Sex organs,

Base of spine,

Into the earth.

In your next inhalation,

Pull the energy up from the earth,

First chakra,

Second chakra,

Third chakra,

Fourth chakra,

And up into your throat.

Breathe into your throat and pull that energy up to your third eye.

The space in between your eyebrows and a little bit above.

Breathe into that space.

And in your next inhalation,

Pull the breath down into your throat,

Into your heart,

Down into your stomach,

Sex organs,

Base of spine,

Into the earth.

Breathe in the grounding energy of the earth into your first chakra,

Into your second chakra,

Into your third chakra,

Into your heart space,

Into your throat,

Up to your third eye.

And inhale and pull that energy to the top of your head,

To your crown chakra.

And breathe in and out of your crown chakra.

And with your next inhalation,

Pull that energy back down to your third eye,

To your throat,

To your heart center,

To your belly,

Lower abdomen,

Base of spine,

Into the earth.

Nice,

Deep breath in,

Inhaling all of that grounded nature from the earth,

Pulling it up through your body again.

First chakra.

Second.

Third.

Fourth.

Fifth.

Up into your third eye,

Up to the top of your head.

And now I invite you to bring your awareness to the center of your chest and just take a moment to feel yourself right now.

Present,

Grounded,

Relaxed,

Safe,

Peaceful,

Centered.

Breathe comfortably in and out of your heart chakra,

Allowing yourself to feel fully present in this moment in your body.

You are grounded.

You are safe.

Use your breath to help you to recenter,

To reground,

To come back into the present where you can solve any problem,

Deal with any challenge.

Allow yourself to embody your body fully.

And so it is.

Love the image of the kite. Simple yet effective meditation. I did get a bit confused when to inhale/release! 🙏
