Find out why we struggle to make decisions, and how to create clarity with the breath. Followed by powerful, positive affirmations to give us the confidence to allow decisions and resolutions a chance to flow. Depending on your stress levels or subconscious narrative, you may need to repeat this several times or keep coming back to it to allow a safe place for thought to manifest. Sit with what comes up and journal after the meditation, just write without judgement or expectations for confidence and flow of authentic ideas.

When we are faced making decisions or choices or struggling to resolve issues,

We are quite often so emotionally involved that we are unable to see as clear as we should or we would like.

The more pressure,

The more our stress response kicks in and changes us at a physiological level.

It switches off the very thing we want to be present,

The thinking part of our brain,

The frontal cortex.

We go into the fight,

Flight or play dead mode which makes us literally switch off the thought making process and this is why we struggle to find answers.

By taking our attention to rhythmic breathing,

We allow the soothing of our nervous system enabling focus and clarity to return as the body feels safe.

So settle into a comfortable position with your spine upright.
