Lie down comfortably.

Bring your awareness to the crown of your head.

Sense a softening of the forehead and temples.

Release the muscles surrounding your eyes.

Soften and relax your jaw.

Feel a gentle lift in your heart.

Release any holding or gripping in the area of your belly.

Your pelvis is balanced and even.

Your arms rest comfortably beside your body.

Let there be space between your fingers.

Your legs are extended and supported.

Let there be space between your toes.

Your entire body is at ease.
