Transcript

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Right now,

Just make sure that you're comfortable and begin to relax.

Breathe deeply and imagine with each inhale,

You're bringing in more peace.

As you exhale,

You're letting go of stress,

Anxiety,

And fear.

What does it feel like to bring in more peace?

You feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed,

Your body more able to absorb oxygen.

Begin now to imagine a better world,

A world with more peace,

More love and compassion.

Imagine what it feels like to live in a better world.

What would society be like if everyone felt more love,

Compassion,

And kindness?

Just continue to breathe and relax and imagine what a better world would be like.

Continue to breathe in peace and exhale anxiety and fear.

Breathe in the feeling of actually living in a better world.

Exhale any fear or anxiety.

Have full faith that these feelings will indeed have an effect on your world.

By raising your vibration,

You align more and more with this kind of reality.

When you are ready,

You can gently open your eyes and return from the meditation.

I wish you all the best and I look forward to creating a better world with all of you.

Have a great day and namaste.

I found the teacher’s voice soothing. I visualized people that I had spent some time with yesterday and wished them well. Then I expanded that. Thank you for offering this interesting meditation.
