Welcome to this new meditation on how to gain confidence during the day.
Having confidence has everything to do with taking a step back and feeling more relaxed within your body,
Within your mind,
Connecting to oneself.
Please close your eyes and find a comfortable position.
And if you can't close your eyes,
Make sure you feel at ease.
Put your phone on silent as we get started.
Take a deep breath into your nose and now through your mouth.
Feel with every breath you take,
You slowly come more relaxed and connected to your breath.
With every exhale,
Your shoulders relax more and more.
And with every inhale,
You inhale light as if the light of the sun comes through your nose,
Through your nostrils,
Filling up your whole body with light and love.
And with every exhale,
You let go of all the thoughts and negativity that is no longer serving you.
Take a deep breath in,
All the light,
All the way to your toes and your fingertips.
And when you breathe out,
Let go like a vacuum,
Taking all the negativity out of your body,
Just like that.
Now I want you to imagine that there's a huge wave going through your body with all the light that you inhale,
Filling your whole body up with light and love,
Power,
Confidence.
Take a deep breath in,
Feel the whole wave going through your body,
Filling up everything with light and love and confidence.
And with every exhale,
Just like a vacuum,
All the negativity,
All the lack of confidence is being pulled out of your body.
Start noticing the power of your breath when you inhale all the light and love and confidence.
And when you exhale,
Everything that is no longer serving you.
Just observe your breathing while you continue to inhale the light and love and confidence all the way to your toes and your fingertips.
And breathing out everything that is no longer serving you to feel confident and happy.
With the next inhalation,
We're going to take in all the light and love and confidence and we're going to hold our breath for five seconds,
Letting the wave go through our whole body and then we breathe out,
Letting go again.
Alright,
Breathe in through your nose,
Filling your whole belly,
Chest with love and light and hold your breath for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One and let go of everything that is no longer serving you to feel confident about yourself,
Your mind,
Your body.
You are worth it,
You are love.
You inhale love and light and you can exhale everything that is no longer serving you to feel confident.
Know that you're powerful because you're breathing.
Know you're powerful because you have so much energy within you.
You're beautiful,
You are love,
You are light.
