There's a fresh new day ahead of you,
Ready to bloom,
Ready to be explored.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Let your body fall and relax while you wake up.
Breathe in and breathe out.

It's a brand new day to awaken your soul,
To feel full of energy.
Feel the energy coming into your body.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Feel your body,
Feel the temperature,
Maybe feel your skin,
The softness of your body and the mornings.
Set an intention for your day.
Maybe an intention to be kind to your body,
To spend some time to relax,
Or spend some time smiling with family and friends.
Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
It's another day to awaken your potential,
Start living on your own terms.
Feel your body going up and down,
Breathe in and breathe out.
Repeat after me,
I will awaken my potential today.
I will be kind to myself.
I love myself and I'm kind to others around me.
I will show love and I will be love.
I'm grateful for waking up today.
I'm grateful for another opportunity to shine my light.
