This is a sleep meditation with affirmations for abundance.

I invite you to find a really comfortable position lying down,

Maybe in bed.

If it's comfortable,

Take your feet a little wider than your hips.

Allow your toes to fall out to the sides.

Rest your arms alongside the body with the palms spacing upward.

Make any movements that you need to get really comfortable and cozy.

Close the eyes.

Let's take a slow deep breath in together.

Exhale through the mouth.

Feel as if you're just letting the day or any tension that's present go.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Exhale sigh.

Let it all go.

This is a safe space,

A sacred space for you to rest,
