Good morning.
Let's start by sitting comfortably and closing the eyes.
Feel the breath nourishing the body.
Even when we're completely unaware of the breath,
It is still breathing life for us.
Feel the body,
This body that allows you to experience the world around you and your own true self.
The self that is beyond the body,
Beyond the emotions,
Beyond the thoughts.
All of these inner and outer experiences of life are happening through the experience of the body.
Let us be grateful to the body.
Does your body allow you to touch or hold the people you love?
Does your body allow you to see the world in its exquisite beauty of color and shape and design all around you?
Does your body allow you to hear the voices of the people you care for,
To be thrilled by the music that lights up your spirit?
To hear the sound of the wind blowing through the trees?
Reminding you that there is an ebb and flow to all of life just as there is in nature.
Let us be grateful to the body.
This body that allows us to move,
To walk,
To dance,
To sing.
Begin to deepen the breath even more.
And imagine you're breathing in light,
Nourishment for your entire being.
Each inhalation is an expression of opening yourself,
Saying yes to life.
And each exhalation is an invitation to let go of that which no longer serves.
To release the tension of the mind and the body and the emotions,
Making space for life.
Become aware of the whole body from the crown of the head all the way down to the soles of the feet.
And be grateful.
As you hear these words,
I invite you to repeat them out loud or silently inside.
And imagine that these are gifts of healing,
Of connection,
Of love with this amazing body of yours.
I am so grateful for my body.
I am beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I am beautiful.
My inner light shines brightly through this physical body.
My inner light shines brightly through this physical body.
My inner light shines brightly through this physical body.
I am so grateful for all of the ways that this body allows me to move.
I am so grateful for all of the ways that this body allows me to move.
I am so grateful for all the ways this body allows me to move.
I am strong.
I am strong.
I am strong.
I am vibrant health.
I am vibrant health.
No matter what the mind thinks,
This body is my best friend.
This body is my best friend.
This body is my best friend.
I am so grateful to this body.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
