When you are ready,
Closing your eyes and centre in yourself,
Allow yourself to take a few deep breaths to land.
Just arrive into the present moment,
Breathe in and breathe out,
Sharpening your mind and your heart to your focus of what you want to create and feel,
Your vision,
What you view as a centre,
As the point in between,
Connecting to your heart,
To your mind,
To your body,
To the centre in between the sky and the earth.
So,
Breathing deeper into your heart and just think for a moment what brought you here to this very present moment,
What was pulling you,
What inner impulse was it?
Maybe it was your heart,
Maybe it was a desire,
Something inside of you was calling,
Just acknowledging that for a moment,
Being grateful for the step you just made of being here,
Of choosing yourself,
Of choosing to be present,
To be loving,
To be kind and to give.
Then,
Just think for a moment what you want to bring into this world,
What do you want to bring to this world,
What is your unique and personal intention for this moment and just observe what comes up,
Then allow yourself to make it very short,
Concise and clear on what it is you want to set your intention to.
Maybe it's to become more heart open,
Maybe it is to bring more light to this earth,
More unity.
Whatever it is,
Make it short and sweet and present tense.
Speak it three times in your head or perhaps even out loud and then visualize that your heart is connected with your whole body,
Even all the way down to your hands.
Maybe you can travel with this intention from your heart out throughout your whole body to your toes,
Even through your arms out to your hands and fingers,
Trying to sense your intention,
Gathering energy,
Heat and awareness in your hands,
Feeling it here,
The sacred intention and the sacredness that you are holding within.
Maybe the manifestation of your intention is not here yet but you can already feel into it.
Breathe three more times,
Very deep,
In and out.
If it feels right for you,
You can continue exhaling through the mouth,
Let it all go.
All the doubts,
All the worries have no space here,
So invite your intention to be seared in your hands in this safe space.
You can finish off this intention,
Feeling it deeper by gently squeezing your hands together,
Pressing this intention back in through your body to really bring the intention into the tissue,
Into the cells of your body.
Then gently release your hands,
Sitting in that stillness,
Allowing life to unfold,
Allowing your awareness to unfold.
Maybe sensing back into what's real right now,
The grounding of your body to the surface below you,
The softness in your muscles.
When you're ready,
Softly open your eyes and just feel into it.
If you want to,
You can continue your practice by writing your intention out on your block or your phone,
Or maybe just sitting with it for a few more minutes in awareness.
