This meditation came to me like a full force of creative flow. It is meant to leave you feeling present and content, and lead you to find a deep purpose in the connection we have between the body and the mind. You will foster an understanding for both parties, and gently guide yourself to soften, on both a physical and mental level. The meditation takes you through a soft body scan and then guides the attention inwards towards the buzzing reality of your mind and spirit. Teaching you to accept, to release and to understand.
