Welcome to your new meditation.
Settle into the sounds of the birds.
Take a breath.
Make yourself comfortable.
And then start by a big breath in through the nose.
Allow your focus to be present with your body.
Notice how your body is interacting with the space surrounding you.
Maybe the temperature wrapping around your skin.
Maybe different sounds,
Backgrounds,
Clear sounds.
Maybe you can even sense the presence of the room without experiencing it through the eyes.
Just feeling.
Sensing.
And breathing into that space.
Let your next breath fill your lungs with ease.
And as you exhale,
Allow yourself to soften.
To accept the present moment for what it is.
And to allow yourself to be here.
Let the bird songs gently soothe your nervous system.
And bring you back to this present moment.
Again and again.
There is no rush.
There is nowhere to be but here.
To acknowledge and see.
To observe all the beauty,
All the life,
All the energy.
That's here,
Present in this moment.
Bringing back yourself to your breath.
Acknowledge if your breath is deep or shallow.
Long or short.
Maybe take a loving inhale.
And when you're ready,
Exhale out slowly,
Gently.
Bring this softness,
This light into the rest of your day.
Perhaps you can let it guide you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Namaste.
