I was so pleased to read that no techniques would be involved in this practice.. but I almost switched off when you started with technique. Let me say that I am gratefully that I returned, as it was so relaxing and rewarding. So Spirit clearly intended for me to learn z lesson here! Don't give up. Pause and listen. Accept. Surrender. It's all worth it xx
