
A Full Guided Chakra Balancing Session

A gentle guided shamanic journey and scan through your major chakras, helping you to clear and activate any stagnant and unwelcome energies that might be held in your energy body. Allow time for sitting or lying and going deep. Prepare to feel clear, balanced, grounded and activated in your power.

Welcome to today's chakra clearing meditation.
Before we begin,
I'll invite you to gather any sacred items that you have in your home or surroundings.
If that might be crystals,
Stones,
Totems,
Even a scarf that's sacred to you.
Any items that you feel carry meaning,
Significance,
And a little bit of magic.
Find those items and bring them into where you intend to perform today's chakra clearing and balancing.
This meditation can be done anywhere.
It can be done in your bed,
In your home,
On the sofa,
Outside lying on your lawn,
In the grass,
On the beach.
But it can also be done in the car,
In between work hours if you're feeling particularly out of balance.
You can reset yourself at any time.
Think of it like going to the bathroom.
Sometimes we have to clear ourselves and we feel so much better.
So gather your items and if you have none,
You are plenty.
Your body is plenty and go to that space.
This meditation can also be performed lying down or sitting up or even standing if you feel called.
Today I'll guide you on a brief journey through your chakras,
Your seven major chakras from top to bottom.
And we'll also throw in a little bit of clearing work to the chakras in the feet,
The hands,
The ears,
Because those two are sacred.
Wherever you are,
Coming into your breath and taking a cleansing breath,
Thanking yourself for showing up today in this act of self-care.
It's a very important act to clear your own energy.
Big breath in through the nose and out of the mouth.
However you're situated,
Get comfy.
Adjust your body so that you feel in somewhat of alignment and just begin to notice subtle misalignments in your body.
And you don't have to do anything about those right now,
But as we're moving through the body,
I will invite you to move and adjust and twist and breathe into very specific parts of the body.
But for now,
Just get comfy.
And before we begin,
Take your right hand and place it over your heart and your left hand and place it over the belly and with the next breath set the intention for today to send love into your body and light into your body through every single chakra in need of balancing.
Welcome it in with a breath.
Big in and down and out.
Slowly grounding yourself feel into your feet.
No matter how you're situated feel into those feet and begin to imagine that you could feel almost like electrical cords exiting out the bottoms of the feet and plunging into the earth deeply.
Suddenly feel yourself electrically charged and connected by the earth itself.
And we're going to allow for that energy to move up through the body and out.
Feel that charge running through the feet and suddenly become aware of your toes.
Feel the tingles in your toes feel the spaces between your toes wiggle them.
If you have shoes,
You can still wiggle them,
Or you may decide to kick your shoes in this very moment.
You may even decide to remove your socks I invite you to do so.
However you are feel your toes.
Become more aware of them.
And then,
One by one,
Start to feel into little electrical points.
Between the toes in the toes,
All of these tiny feet shoppers and start to feel into that electricity running through your feet connecting each point in the foot.
Feel into your arches,
Feel into your heels and feel into the waves moving through the feet,
And you may suddenly start to feel as if you want to pedal your feet.
You want to rotate the feet.
Listen to the desires from the feet.
Breathe and move them.
Pedal them out.
Wiggle them.
You may feel like making swimming motions with your feet.
Do so.
And then bring them to stillness.
Flex the toes.
Allow for that electrical charge to run through the bones of the feet.
If you've had pain in your feet,
Or your ankles,
Or if you felt particularly imbalanced emotionally,
Allow for that electrical charge to even you out.
To push the pain,
The discomfort,
The confusion out of your mind,
Out of your life,
Out of your energy field.
It doesn't have to be here.
Slowly bring that electrical charge back up into the body further through the ankles,
Into the legs,
And feel it moving in and through.
Start to feel chakras in your knees and start to feel those points,
Those little sparks connected now to the points in the ankles connected to the points in the heels and the arches and in the toes and feel that charge now,
Nice and forceful moving through.
Breathe.
Welcome that charge into the body.
Again,
If you had any discomfort in the knees.
If you have a place in your life where you're suffering from procrastination,
Slow movement,
Inability to make a decision,
Whatever that might look like.
Invite balance into that area of the life,
Balanced movement.
Safe,
Comfortable,
Flowing movement.
Breathe it up and into the knees through the knees into the thighs,
Feel that charge moving up through the thighs,
You may begin to feel it in other points of the body and that's completely normal as it moves up through the thighs,
You may feel the back becoming awake.
You might feel that left shoulder,
The back of the neck,
The top of the crown,
Even a cheek.
There's so many rays of electricity running through you,
Connections you can't possibly imagine.
But just for today,
Try to imagine.
If you feel another part of the body awaken visualize that pathway and that electrical charge running through.
As the body What do you need here?
Do I need to clear this pathway?
Use your breath and invite that charge to move directly to that area of the body where you felt cold,
Breathe it in and feel that little spark that energy center,
The chakra.
Bring your energy back down now we're going to come to the hips.
Feel your hip bones.
Feel your pelvic structure.
Feel into your internal organs resting right there within that pelvis.
Whether you're male or female.
You have very powerful organs resting here inside of the pelvic structure,
Breathe into them.
Men sometimes this shows up as an imbalance in your colon.
You might have trouble with bowels,
Gastrointestinal trouble centered around there.
Breathe it in and invite that charge to move into your root.
Allow yourself to feel it.
If you feel like it gets stuck.
Use your breath and your intention to draw that charge up in Ian and allow for it to safely remove any blockages facing your root chakra.
Feel it and allow it to release and notice a fear comes up for you here and that's okay as well.
We welcome fear.
If you've listened to the fear meditation,
Fear is our friend.
So to our friend fear in our root chakra.
Let's invite that charge dropping to the body but let's ask our friend fear to leave our body.
Maybe we've become too codependent on one another and we need to detach ourselves from one another.
But we can still be friends from afar.
Allow fear to leave your body in your root and anywhere else.
Invite that charge in and up and allow for the charge to move forward now into the womb.
And for men,
You're going to still feel it move forward into your sacral chakra area.
Start to feel several points of energy here.
We might have that one major sacral chakra.
Guess what,
There are several other points of energy tucked around and buried beneath it.
Allow that electrical charge in and start to feel and visualize it moving into those points,
Giving them a charge of safety.
For a moment,
Imagine your life as it comes forward where in your life you need a greater sense of safety and security.
Breathe it in.
Once that sense of safety and security is provided,
Felt,
Witnessed,
We move into greater creativity.
We move into freedom.
We move into deep sexuality.
We move into healthy relationships,
Creative endeavors.
Breathing into that sacral chakra and all of those points of energy there,
Allow for that charge to rise up and start to feel yourself powering up now in a much greater way.
Feel it moving into the solar plexus,
The center of the belly,
And allow them all to continue to connect.
Allow yourself to see a bright yellow golden light.
Power.
Breathe it in.
Some of you may see that light morphing into new colors.
That's wonderful.
Breathe it in and take a moment to just marvel at the colors.
Continue deeply breathing,
Inviting power up and into your heart center.
Feel that charge moving now from the womb to the belly to the heart center and sprawling out through the lungs,
Through the rib cage and around to the back to the spine.
And oh,
You might meet your friend fear again here in the spine.
Again,
If you've met your friend fear here,
It might have manifested as back pain.
It might have manifested as misalignment along the actual spine.
And balances and spinal fluid can manifest in a lot of ways.
So today to our friend fear,
If we find her there in our spine,
Let's invite our friend fear to step back and away from our body and let them know that we can still be friends,
But from afar.
Because we've become too codependent on one another.
Let fear step outside and around,
Away from your body and take a nice big breath,
Releasing any back pain that might have made its way into your body.
Feel that charge now running up through the spine and notice the flow of energy.
Perhaps for you it was moving downward and right now we might invite it to swirl up.
Allow for that energy that fluid to move whatever direction it feels in whatever way because this charge is intelligent.
It's sacred.
Continuing to feel the heart space very much alive allow for that charge to move into the throat.
And again,
This might be a place where we've before met our friend fear and our friend fear might be here now.
And remember you'll invite your friend fear to step away from the body to leave.
Now here in the throat sometimes we also meet our friend regret.
Take a moment and breathe and allow whatever friends hiding out in your throat to come forward and out.
We don't want to be codependent on one another.
Breathe and allow for that charge to gently move in as your friend exits and feel your throat becoming ignited.
Take a huge deep guttural breath.
What is it that you're not saying in your life right now that you might benefit from saying from sharing from speaking out.
There's a place where you might feel safer to speak.
Let's invite in that sense of safety that we've drawn up in in from the roots and through the sacral to solar plexus the heart,
And now into the throat.
Let's welcome our friend,
Safety and freedom.
Breathe freedom into the throat chakra.
Perhaps here you want to begin to imagine a cool swirling ball of water.
Let yourself visualize several different marbling swirling colors of blue in the center of your throat and allow for it to rotate and feel the water surrounding it and clearing any unwelcome debris in the throat and releasing it with another breath.
Gently drawing the breath and that electrical charge up through the throat into the headspace into the ears and welcome that charge into the ears.
Could you stand to strengthen your hearing,
Your emotional hearing,
Your physiological hearing?
Could you stand to strengthen it today?
Would you like to be a better listener?
Are there things that you feel like you're missing?
When you're connecting with others,
When you're studying,
When you're extending yourself out into your community.
Let's welcome a charge into those ear chakras and start to feel them.
And you may notice several different points inside of the ears.
That's okay.
And that's wonderful.
Feel all those points being connected through that electrical charge from the inside all the way out to the outer edges of the actual ear itself.
Breathe into that charge and allow it to move forward into the eyes,
Cheeks,
The nose,
The bridge.
And finally into the third eye,
Feeling it all funneling up together into the third eye.
A beautiful big breath here.
Releasing whatever's getting in the way of your seeing.
Perhaps you're not seeing things clearly.
Perhaps you're having difficulty seeing past our friend fear who we've now invited out of our body.
Welcome that charge into the third eye chakra and slowly allow for yourself to see more clearly and more deeply in past illusion.
Beginning with a beautiful deep shade of blue.
Allow yourself to see that shade and feel it all around you.
Nice solid veil of a deep indigo like blue.
Breathe.
You might see it in different shades and that's okay.
You've done a wonderful job.
Allowing for that charge to move in,
Clearing that third eye chakra and allow that charge to now move up and out through the crown.
And feel it coming up and rising like a waterfall with a beautiful funnel in the center.
Feel it silvery,
Sparkly,
Pale blue colored.
Maybe with hints of lavender,
Soft purple.
Let yourself see it however it presents this beautiful funnel of light.
Very much like a fountain and it may even present like a fountain of water.
Coming up and rising out of the crown and funneling all around you,
Let yourself become enveloped by this beautiful connection.
This beautiful light,
This sacred light and intuitive knowing.
You are connected to all that is inside and all around.
Today,
Take this connection with you.
Feel yourself in balance and in harmony with the rest of the world.
This is why you attune yourself to be in complete oneness with all that is.
Feel your vibration now synced and take it with you through the remainder of the day.
