Hello,

Welcome to today's happiness meditation.

You've come here to this meditation because you've made a decision today that you'd like to be happy.

Take a moment and sigh out anything that might get in the way of your happiness for today and allow for it to leave your system.

Take a big breath in and big breath out.

Notice as you breathe out how the mind races and allow for it to race for just a moment.

Maybe today you have several reasons not to be happy and they're all quite practical reasons.

Take a big breath and just allow those reasons to be there.

They're allowed to be there.

They're all indicators of areas in your life where you might benefit from movement of some sort.

Allow them to be just that.

Think to yourself for a moment.

What things in my life right now that are bringing me discomfort might be opportunities for me to make movement of some sort.

Perhaps it's your job.

Are you dissatisfied with your job?

Are you lacking something important that you feel you need?

Assistance,

Support,

Recognition?

Waiting for a moment of what that thing might be in your personal life.

Perhaps you're feeling empty in need of something and you're not even certain what that something is.

Perhaps in your personal life you're in need of healing.

You're feeling some discomfort,

Some heartache,

Some pain,

Some grief.

Take a moment and think,

Where in my life in regards to this discomfort might I need some movement?

Allow for one aspect of your life that's causing you discomfort to come up into the conscious mind and take a nice big breath.

We'll allow for that to release today and again.

We do this just for today.

You can release discomfort for today.

You can choose happiness for today.

Maybe tomorrow you'll come back and you'll choose to address whatever issue was in the back of the mind.

For today you'll release it and allow for the universe,

Your helping spirits,

Your loved ones,

Divine magnetism to begin to move some of these things out of your pathway and to begin to move into your pathway,

Whatever might bring you joy just for today.

Let's invite in joy for today.

Take another big breath in and invite joy.

Wherever you are,

If you're in your home,

Your car,

Your workplace,

Your bed,

Think for a moment of how joy might feel entering into your life in this very moment.

Start to feel joy coming in like a bright cloud of light into your entire life in this moment.

Take an inventory of all that you have in your present day,

In your life.

Your partner,

Your loved ones,

Your family,

Your workplace,

Your personal health,

Your sense of purpose,

Your highest self,

Your future,

Your past,

Your present.

Think of your life as a whole and invite happiness into it.

Feel it washing over your life as if sunshine were pouring in from overhead into an amusement park.

Take a nice big breath and think of your life as a beautiful amusement park.

Some of those rides are scary.

Some of those rides are peaceful.

Some of them are thrilling.

There are lots of attractions at this amusement park that is your life.

Today let's choose to visit one particular aspect of the amusement park of your mind.

Let it come into your forefront of consciousness,

What area of your life you can send some happiness to today and take a visit there.

Nice big breath that may come in as a word,

An image,

An intention.

However it comes,

Allow and take a big breath inviting happiness.

Feel that sunshine,

That beautiful golden light washing over you,

Over that aspect of your life and welcoming.

Today take it with you.

Trust that it's entered in.

Notice the magic,

The miracles,

The manifestations,

The synchronicities,

So-called coincidences.

Notice them today or tonight and invite more.

Happiness is magnetic and it will only attract more and more of what you need.

Thank you so much for choosing happiness today.

May your day and all the days to follow and all the nights to follow be filled with so much light,

So much love and so much joy.
